Marquei para fazer um procedimento a quase uma semana e só me avisaram que o especialista não estaria no dia da Consulta. E só deram um comprovante de horas !
Without any commitment!
I scheduled to have a procedure for almost a week and I was only told that the specialist would not be on the day of the consultation. And they only gave proof of hours!

O DONO DA CLÍNICA ACHOU RUIM QUE EU FUI RECLAMAR DA DEMORA E ME AMEAÇOU DE AGRESSÃO FÍSICA .
PÉSSIMA CLÍNICA NÃO RECOMENDO.
POOR SERVICE, I WAS LITERALLY 2 HOURS WAITING FOR SERVICE THAT WAS ALREADY SCHEDULED.
THE OWNER OF THE CLINIC FOUND IT BAD THAT I WAS COMPLAINING ABOUT THE DELAY AND THREATENED ME WITH PHYSICAL ASSAULT.
POOR CLINIC I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimas recepcionistas mal humoradas. Se eu pudesse dar zero estrela eu gostaria de dar, os médicos estão com uma equipe de pessoas mal educadas , principalmente uma tal de Sirlene, grita com os idosos e trata muito mal as pessoas. Deixem o emprego para quem quer trabalhar!!!!
Bad receptionists in a bad mood. If I could give a zero star I would like to give it, the doctors are with a team of badly educated people, especially one called Sirlene, yells at the elderly and treats people very badly. Leave the job to anyone who wants to work !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei o Dr. Luis Antônio extremamente atencioso com os idosos e demais pessoas. As recepcionistas, péssimas, deveriam passar por treinamento rigoroso sobre como atender pessoas e principalmente, a ter educação com as mesmas, afinal, a recepção é o cartão de visitas de qualquer segmento. A impressão que tive é que vieram diretamente da Idade da Pedra Lascada, onde não se tinha nenhum traquejo para lidar com o ser humano.
Para trabalhar com pessoas, idosas ou não, deve-se ter empatia, atenção, carinho, paciência e principalmente, amor pelo que faz.
I found Dr. Luis Antônio extremely attentive to the elderly and other people. Receptionists, terrible, should undergo rigorous training on how to serve people and especially, to have education with them, after all, the reception is the calling card of any segment. The impression I had is that they came directly from the Chipped Stone Age, where there was no skill to deal with human beings.
To work with people, elderly or not, you must have empathy, attention, affection, patience and, above all, love for what you do.

Well, I took my 14-year-old son to this clinic to spend with the pediatrician Dr. Wilson, the guy is very good, he looked at my son from head to toe, I liked it a lot for me it was all good, the attendants too.
