★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa Médica só atende bem se for fazer procedimento estético,fui lá com queda de cabelo ela me passou uma biópsia para fazer,só que ao longo da consulta foi olhar meu rosto e começou a dizer o que precisava fazer de procedimento estético,pois tenho 49 anos a avaliação foi muito demorada lembrando que não pedi ,mas ela foi me levando na conversa enfim eu teria que gastar dez mil reais ,falei que no momento só queria resolver a queda de cabelo e tbm umas pintas que ela nem lembrou de fazer o pedido para queimar,passou uma semana conversei no ZAP com a assistente dela para marcar a biópsia disse que ia ver a data,tem dois meses a Unimed aprovou no mesmo dia estou esperando até hj.nao me quis como paciente porque queria eu gastasse dez mil reais com ela, péssima Médica .Elaine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tivemos dificuldade em marcar o retorno, a atendente insistia em marcar em data que resultaria em nova consulta.
Chegando no retorno a atendente novamente insistiu em passar o convênio novamente.
O horário de retorno 8:30 e minha esposa foi embora sem atendimento às 9:20. A médica chegou depois das 9:00 e foi tranquilamente tomar café na secretaria enquanto os pacientes esperavam.
Não recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu tive uma péssima experiência com a Dra. Kathia. Quando fui marcar a consulta foi super fácil mesmo eu podendo só 11:00 eu consegui marcar para a semana seguinte. Liguei para marcar o meu retorno com 2 semanas de antecedência e a recepcionista queria marcar para depois de 3 semanas, para contar como uma nova consulta, eu expliquei que eu queria marcar o retorno dentro de 30 dias e não uma outra consulta, ela ficou me perguntando por que eu queria marcar um retorno com Dra. sendo que era meu direito, no fim consegui marcar o retorno. Hoje eu estava marcada as 8h30 com a Dra., ela chegou somente as 9h sem nem pedir desculpa pelo atraso, foi tomar 2 cafés, entrou na sala e ficou lá, depois de 10 minutos a recepcionista me chamou para passar o cartão da Unimed, expliquei novamente que era um retorno dentro dos 30 dias e mesmo assim ela queria passar o cartão, tive que falar que o meu plano era cooparticipativo e que se passasse o cartão eu também iria pagar, assim ela só me mandou sentar, ela foi na sala da Dra. (com certeza falar que eu não quis passar o cartão) e se passou mais 15 minutos sem a Dra. me chamar, sendo que só tinha eu de paciente ali. Acho me fizeram esperar de propósito já que eu insisti em marcar um retorno e não uma nova consulta.
I had a bad experience with Dr. Kathia. When I made the appointment was super easy even though I could only 11:00 I managed to schedule for the following week. I called to arrange my return 2 weeks in advance and the receptionist wanted to schedule after 3 weeks to count as a new appointment, I explained that I wanted to schedule the return within 30 days and not another appointment, she got me Asking why I wanted to make a return with Dr. being my right, in the end I managed to make the return. Today I was scheduled at 8:30 with Dr., she arrived only at 9am without even apologizing for being late, went to have 2 coffees, entered the room and stayed there, after 10 minutes the receptionist called me to pass the Unimed card, I explained again that it was a return within 30 days and still she wanted to pass the card, I had to say that my plan was co-participant and that if I passed the card I would also pay, so she just told me to sit, she went to the room Dr. (sure to say I didn't want to pass the card) and it was another 15 minutes without Dr. call me, and I had only patient there. I think they made me wait on purpose since I insisted on making a return and not a new appointment.
