★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desmarcaram minha consulta e não chamaram para remarcar eu que tive que ir atrás, remarcou fui hoje lá, com horário marcado, após meia hora esperando ainda tinha duas pessoas na minha frente, ou seja seria mais 1hr de espera, e mais meia hora para fazer meu procedimento, ia ficar 2hrs no local. Pq não avisam os clientes que estão com atraso na agenda??? A recepcionista disse que não é culpa dela pq todo dia as médicas CHEGAM ATRASADAS, se é todo dia que não tem o COMPROMETIMENTO e tem atrasos então pelo menos avisem os clientes que eles podem chegar mais tarde, pq eu até tomei bronca no serviço pq sai mais cedo pro almoço... ou orientem ligar antes já q vcs sabem que não cumprem a agenda pq nem essa orientação recebemos..
They canceled my appointment and didn't call to reschedule I had to go back, rescheduled I went there today, with an appointment, after half an hour waiting there were still two people in front of me, that is, it would be another 1 hour of waiting, and another half hour to do it my procedure, I would stay 2hrs on site. Why don't they warn customers that they are late on the agenda??? The receptionist said it's not her fault because every day the doctors ARRIVE LATE, if it's every day that they don't have the COMMITMENT and there are delays then at least let the customers know that they can arrive later, because I even got scolded at the service because it leaves earlier for lunch... or advise to call before since you know you don't meet the agenda because we didn't even receive this guidance..
