★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O melhor veterinário que já fui! Resolveu o problema de minha cadelinha (ela estava com um problema no sistema nervoso, e estava sem andar) que 3 veterinários anteriores não resolveram. Recomendo bastante!
The best vet I've ever been to! It solved the problem of my dog (she had a nervous system problem, and was unable to walk) that 3 previous veterinarians did not solve. I highly recommend it!

Quando não dá ocupado, a pessoa atende grita 2/3 alôs e desliga (dando a entender que o mesmo está quebrado), pois disponibilizem um celular e atualizem esse atendimento retrógrado, em tempos de comunicação e vírus, ficar dependendo de um fixo teoricamente quebrado, não dá mesmo!
I've been trying to talk on the phone to no avail!
When not busy, the person answers screams 2/3 hello and hangs up (implying that it is broken), as they make a cell phone available and update this retrograde service, in times of communication and viruses, depending on a theoretically broken phone , you can't!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui ao consultório as 10:50 e meu gato foi atendido.expliquei que ele estava a 3 dias sem comer so estavamos dsndo leite de mamadeira ,que tinha chegado em casa parecendo que tinha brigado com outro gato bem molinho.
O médico examinou o gato e disse que ele não tinha nada de grave que a temperatura estava normal eu disse mas ele não está comendo,ele disse mas ele ta andando pensei que ele estava sem andar ele está bem, assim disse o médico e foi atender um problema na bomba algo assim, falei que ele andava 1 passinho e caia estava bem molinho, Ao retornar depois de algum tempinho.
Eu pedir para passar algo de remédio, pois ele disse que forsasse a comida .
Então ele passou, soro eu estava sem o dinheiro na hora, mas como ele disse que não era grave, ficamos tranquilos eu e minha mae e fui para casa pegar o dinheiro para comprar o soro que era 60 reais.
Falei antes de ir que ele parecia sentir dor pois ele ta ficando em local frio como o chao do banheiro com a bariguinha,como se ali estivesse amenizando a dor.
Então ele passou um remédio para dor.
Fui para casa mas tranquilo com minha mãe , paramos em uma casa de ração, que comentando que voltaria para casa para pegar o dinheiro para o soro, me deu um pouco de ração Boa de marca, para eu da a ele e eu nem pedir. Achei muito legal da casa de ração.
Fui para casa tranquila ao chegar o gato começou a convulcionar e ficou bastante mole ficamos desesperados eu e minha mãe pois não tínhamos dado nem a ração ainda. e fomos correndo no consultório já era 12:00. Ao chegar lá não adiantou mas o meu gatinho morreu.
Minha mãe chorou absurdo e eu fiquei consolando. Quando ficou mas calma, minha mãe pergunta ; entao o que ele teve, ja que ele não tinha nada estava apenas desidratado precisava comer para ficar melhor, mas o quadro não era grave como o senhor falou.Então ele disse que ele teve um tralma muito forte e não aguentou.
Eu so sei que minha mãe só faz chorrar o gato era muito especial e estamos todos muito triste.

Then he passed it, I was out of money at the time, but as he said it wasn't serious, we were calm, my mother and I went home to get the money to buy the serum that was 60 reais.
I said before I went that he seemed to be in pain because he was staying in a cold place like the bathroom floor with his little belly, as if he were alleviating the pain.
Then he passed a pain medication.
I went home but quiet with my mother, we stopped at a ration house, who commented that I would come home to get the money for the serum, gave me some good branded ration, so I could give it to him and I wouldn't even ask. I thought it was really cool from the feed house.
I went home quietly when I arrived the cat started to convulse and became very soft we were desperate my mother and I because we had not even given the food yet. and we were running in the office it was already 12:00. Getting there didn't help but my kitten died.
My mother cried absurdly and I was comforted. When he was more calm, my mother asks; so what he had, since he had nothing he was just dehydrated he needed to eat to get better, but the condition was not as serious as you said. So he said he had a very strong problem and he couldn't take it.
I just know that my mom just cries the cat was very special and we are all very sad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO! Não recomendo. Cortaram tanto a unha da minha cadela que até sangrou. Pedi para não tosarem a região dos olhos e obviamente fizeram tudo ao contrário. Liguei para o atendente informando o ocorrido por duas vezes e não ouvi sequer um pedido de desculpas. Não levem seus animais a este lugar. Atendimento sofrível.
TERRIBLE! I do not recommend. They cut my dog's nail so much that it even bled. I asked them not to trim the eye area and they obviously did everything the other way around. I called the attendant to report what happened twice and didn't even hear an apology. Don't take your animals to this place. Poor service.
