A Sulamerica exigiu a nota fiscal da consulta realizada e a atendente pediu pra que eu voltasse no dia seguinte e que a Clinica nao fornecia notas fiscais e que somente os recibos eram suficientes pra reembolsos o que dificultou o citado reembolso.
Several attempts to the published phone (3325.5152) and nobody answers. Sulamerica demanded the invoice of the consultation and the attendant asked me to come back the next day and that the Clinic did not provide invoices and that only the receipts were sufficient for refunds which made the said refund difficult.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ainda me pergunto como Dr Emmanuel é tao considerado. Em minha primeira consulta me atendeu em 10 minutos, sequer revisou meu tratamento atual. Passou o tempo todo me mandando desmamar e sendo pejorativo por eu ainda amamentar(minha filha tem 1 ano). Falou para eu continuar o q estava fazendo e voltar quando deixar de amamentar.
Jamais senti tamanha violência por parte de alguem que se diz profissional da saúde me indicar desmame da forma como ele falou, grosso e pejorativo.
Dinheiro perdido, tempo perdido. Um ótimo técnico em dermatologia.
I still wonder how Dr Emmanuel is so regarded. In my first appointment, he saw me in 10 minutes, he didn't even review my current treatment. He spent the whole time telling me to wean and being pejorative for still breastfeeding (my daughter is 1 year old). He told me to continue what I was doing and come back when I stopped breastfeeding.
I have never felt such violence from someone who claims to be a health professional to tell me to wean in the way he said, rude and pejorative.
Money wasted, time wasted. A great technician in dermatology.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finalmente segui minha intuição e um conselho, indo conhecer o renomado Dr. Emmanuel França. De fato, apenas ele conseguiu resolver meus problemas com seringomas, através de
seu vasto conhecimento em lasers e técnicas refinadas.
Já tinha ido antes a mais de cinco profissionais diferentes (dermatologistas) e feito até outros procedimentos, aconselhados em outros lugares e que não tiveram efeito nenhum.
Eu realmente tinha bastante seringomas e sabia que isto é um problema muito difícil de resolver, mas o doutor Emmanuel França já na primeira consulta me disse a quantidade de sessões em que eu provavelmente resolveria. Confiei no profissional e sua excelente equipe do começo ao fim e não poderia ter resultados melhores. Estou muito satisfeito!
Tudo é de primeira na Skin Prime, do atendimento ao procedimento, seguido do acompanhamento no pós. Toda a equipe está de parabéns e sou muito grato pelos meus resultados e atenção. Além deles, descobri também toda uma equipe bastante qualificada para resolver e cuidar das questões de pele a estética.
Com certeza a Skin Prime tem um dos maiores profissionais de dermatologia do mundo que é o Dr. Emmanuel França.

I finally followed my intuition and advice, meeting the renowned Dr. Emmanuel França. In fact, only he was able to solve my problems with syringes, through
his vast knowledge of lasers and refined techniques.
I had already gone to more than five different professionals (dermatologists) and even had other procedures, advised in other places and that had no effect.
I really had a lot of syringes and I knew that this is a very difficult problem to solve, but Doctor Emmanuel França already told me at the first appointment how many sessions I would probably solve. I trusted the professional and his excellent team from start to finish and I couldn't have had better results. I am very satisfied!
Everything is top-notch at Skin Prime, from the service to the procedure, followed by post-treatment follow-up. The whole team is to be congratulated and I am very grateful for my results and attention. In addition to them, I also discovered a very qualified team to solve and take care of skin and aesthetic issues.
Certainly Skin Prime has one of the greatest dermatology professionals in the world, Dr. Emmanuel França.
