â â â â â Infelizmente nĂŁo tive muita sorte com o atendimento para fazer exames no Icordis, a espera Ă© grande, alĂ©m disso tenho a impressĂŁo que eles nĂŁo dĂŁo prioridade no atendimento a idosos, pois levei minha mĂŁe de 89 anos pra fazer um exame de MRPA que era simplesmente aferir a pressĂŁo duas vezes para levarmos o aparelho pra casa e fazer a aferição. Bom horĂĄrio marcado Ă s 09:00, chegamos as 08:30 e fomos atendidos as 09:40h. Eu nĂŁo entendo o pq A demora do atendimento, se foi marcado hora e era pra aferir duas vezes a pressĂŁo e nos dĂĄ o aparelho. Acho que eles precisam melhor essa questĂŁo da demora no atendimento e priorizar os idosos, pois minha mĂŁe alĂ©m de ter 89 anos tem Alzheimer e fica muito complicado esperar tanto tempo o atendimento pra pessoas dessas idade.

Good appointment at 09:00, we arrived at 08:30 and were attended at 09:40. I don't understand why The delay in the service, if an appointment was made and it was to measure the pressure twice and give us the device. I think they need better this issue of delay in care and prioritize the elderly, because my mother is 89 years old and has Alzheimer's and it is very complicated to wait so long for care for people of this age.

Friendliness is the keynote of this place. Just forget to notify some patients when the appointment is cancelled. In addition, there are very competent professionals.

â â â â â Se quer fazer exames, nĂŁo vĂĄ. A espera Ă© gigantesca e atrasarĂĄ, com certeza, todos os seus afazeres. Em outubro de 2021 estive na clĂnica, meu exame estava agendando para Ă s 14h00, saĂ da clĂnica Ă s 15h34 sem ser atendido. Ao retornarem minha reclamação, informaram que isso foi algo atĂpico e que nĂŁo iria se repetir. Pois bem, em abril de 2022 trouxe um familiar para fazer um exame que estava agendado para Ă s 09h20, jĂĄ sĂŁo 10h50 e ainda estamos na clĂnica. O atendimento dos recepcionistas sĂŁo Ăłtimos, mas claramente a clĂnica tem por hĂĄbito agendar mais pacientes do que a capacidade de atendimento. Um horror!
If you want to take exams, don't go. The wait is gigantic and will certainly delay all your tasks. In October 2021 I was at the clinic, my exam was scheduled for 2:00 pm, I left the clinic at 3:34 pm without being attended. When they returned my complaint, they informed me that this was something atypical and that it would not happen again. Well, in April 2022 I brought a family member to take an exam that was scheduled for 9:20 am, it is already 10:50 am and we are still at the clinic. The receptionists' service is great, but clearly the clinic has a habit of scheduling more patients than it can handle. Horrible!
