★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Ivan Machado é um exemplo de ótimo profissional que peca por problemas simples, mas que não são contornados, como a pontualidade. Sou paciente há anos, não tenho do que reclamar do atendimento e da realização de exames, porém no quesito pontualidade é uma decepção. Hoje deixo de ser cliente pelo estresse causado por conta de horário, consulta marcada para 15:40h, chego no horário e fico até 17:15h aguardando... Não se pode ter outro compromisso depois da consulta com ele, porque os horários não são obedecidos na Endoscopy. Infelizmente profissional nenhum merece minha fidelização de cliente se não é respeitado algo tão básico como o tempo disponível das pessoas. Deixei de ser paciente e não indico mais.
Dr. Ivan Machado is an example of a great professional who sins for simple problems, but which are not circumvented, such as punctuality. I have been a patient for years, I have nothing to complain about the service and the performance of exams, but in terms of punctuality it is a disappointment. Today I am no longer a client because of the stress caused by an appointment, an appointment scheduled for 3:40 pm, I arrive on time and stay until 5:15 pm waiting ... You cannot have another appointment after the appointment with him, because the hours are not obeyed in Endoscopy. Unfortunately, no professional deserves my customer loyalty if something as basic as people's time is not respected. I stopped being patient and I don't indicate anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os médicos são excelentes, atendem bem, como exemplo Dr. Daniel, muito atencioso e simpático. Só que uns atendentes da recepção não são atenciosos como deveriam ser, cheguei no horário, falaram pra mim aguardar, rudemente, sem explicar nada, enquanto colocaram pessoas pra serem atendidas na minha frente. Falta de preparo ou assimilação no treinamento de atendimento ao público dessas pessoas e de pensar que a gente não tem compromissos, infelizmente, tal da cultura do "quê que tu quer". Enfim, não querendo ser grosso e generalista no feedback, mas subsidiar ajustes na organização e decisões de outros clientes, no tocante aos médicos e ambiente bastante agradável e bem estruturado, recomendo a clínica.

But some receptionists are not attentive as they should be, I arrived on time, they told me to wait, rudely, without explaining anything, while they put people in front of me to be seen. Lack of preparation or assimilation in the training of customer service for these people and of thinking that we do not have commitments, unfortunately, such as the culture of "what do you want". Anyway, not wanting to be rude and general in the feedback, but to support adjustments in the organization and decisions of other clients, with regard to doctors and a very pleasant and well-structured environment, I recommend the clinic.

Fui acompanhante de um paciente, não me tratam com indiferença pelo contrário foram ótimos o pessoal do atendimento, foi excelente o profissional que realiza o exame além de atencioso e cuidadoso com o paciente que acompanhei, o laudo fica pronto na hora que termina o exame.
