★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo pronto atendimento, 01 otorrino só, o mesmo medico que faz o consulta tem que ir fazer os exames.... quase 1h de espera e só atendeu 1 único paciente. Descaso total. Só perder tempo.
 Terrible emergency care, 01 otolaryngologist only, the same doctor who makes the appointment has to go for the exams.... almost 1 hour of waiting and only saw 1 patient. Total neglect. Just waste time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aguardando a resposta da fonoaudióloga para marcar um exame de processamento auditivo, desde o dia 26/03, até hoje dia 30/03. Que em tese tem horário de 8h às 17h e nunca se encontra na clínica, nem quando falo pelo WhatsApp, nem quando falo ao telefone.
Waiting for the speech therapist's response to schedule an auditory processing exam, from the 26/03th, until today the 30/03. Who in theory has hours from 8 am to 5 pm and is never in the clinic, not even when I talk on WhatsApp, not even when I talk on the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não foi das melhores por apenas im motivo. Ele tem que ter bom senso! Cheguei para cosultar meu filho de 10 anos, ele é de menor, então consequentemente tem que ir com um adulto. Eu sou a mãe e estou grávida e não me deram preferência. Fico muito triste com essa falta de empatia.
Não sou obrigada no meu estado ficar esperando sem ser prioridade.
It wasn't the best for just im reason. He has to have common sense! I arrived to see my 10 year old son, he is a minor, so therefore he has to go with an adult. I'm the mother and I'm pregnant and they didn't give me preference. I am very sad about this lack of empathy.
I'm not obliged in my state to wait without being a priority.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como que uma clínica desse tamanho, fica com UM ÚNICO médico otorrino pra atender a tarde toda?! Desisti de espera e fui procurar outro canto, achei um desrespeito! Ainda esperei mais de uma hora pro médico chamar apenas 3 pessoas! Tá na hora de aumentar a quantidade de médicos ou desistirem do pronto atendimento, porque uma pessoa só não dá!
How can a clinic this size have ONE ENT doctor to attend all afternoon?! I gave up waiting and went to look for another corner, I found it disrespectful! I still waited over an hour for the doctor to call only 3 people! It's time to increase the number of doctors or give up on emergency care, because one person just can't do it!

O atendente da recepção disse que a médica precisou sair para uma emergência com o filho dela
Eu solicitei ao atendente que outro médico otorrino me atendesse
Visto que cheguei na clínica duas horas antes da hora marcada
Quando deu 11:15 o atendente me disse que a médica teve uma emergência e precisou sair pra acudir o seu filho
E o atendente me disse que foi na sala de 3 otorrinos e nenhum quis me atender
Fui em uma clínica na Barbara de Alencar e consegui atendimento
Estou com suspeita de Covid mas a médica da Clínica que fica na Barbara de Alencar já me passou os medicamentos pra combater os sintomas
Marquei uma consulta para às 10:20
Cheguei a clínica às 8:30
Deu 11:15 e não fui atendida
A médica não pode vir
Então nenhum dos médicos quis me atender
Todos se negaram a me atender
Então a medicina nesse lugar não foi afinco
Precisei de atendimento e não consegui
Fui para outra clínica e consegui atendimento

And the attendant told me that it was in the room of 3 ENTs and none of them wanted to answer me
I went to a clinic in Barbara de Alencar and got treatment
I'm suspicious of Covid but the doctor from the Clinic that is in Barbara de Alencar has already given me the medicines to fight the symptoms
I made an appointment for 10:20
I arrived at the clinic at 8:30
It was 11:15 and I was not answered
The doctor can't come
So none of the doctors wanted to see me
Everyone refused to answer me
So the medicine in this place was not hard
I needed help and I couldn't get it.
I went to another clinic and got treatment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica completamente sem comprometimento com o usuário. Em plena crise sanitária de gripe eles só tem um único otorrino na emergência. Cheguei às 10:50 da manhã, são 14h da tarde e ainda não fui atendida. Pra piorar o médico que iria trocar de plantão atrasou uma hora pra iniciar o plantão e todos os pacientes esperando com cara de palhaços. Tamanha irresponsabilidade. Não recomendo.
Clinic completely without commitment to the user. In the midst of a flu health crisis, they only have a single ENT in the emergency room. I arrived at 10:50 am, it's 2 pm and I still haven't been answered. To make matters worse, the doctor who was going to change shifts was an hour late to start the shift and all the patients waiting with the face of clowns. Such irresponsibility. I do not recommend.

Dia 09/03/22 realizei a primeira consulta com meu filho com 8 dias de vida com a Dra. Sawana Sampaio, atendimento que inicialmente começou bem, atenciosa e tranquila, após os primeiros exames e retirada de dúvidas, pedi que me indicasse a melhor
forma para limpeza umbilical pois ainda estav a cicatrizando, a mesma pediu para aguardar, então permaneci com ele sem a roupa, após fazer algumas anotações, simplesmente informou que teria que encerrar a consulta, pois se tratava de um pronto atendimento e que eu buscasse um banheiro externo para vestir meu filho, saí com meu filho em uma manta...um absudo, o banheiro era em outro andar, um banheiro comum com outras pessoas utilizando, estava molhado pois estavam limpando e meu filho teve contato com produtos de limpeza e bactérias, fiquei em estado de choque com a situação e o novo pediatra dele aconselhou a informar o ocorrido, para que outras pessoas não passem por isso, hoje sei que deveria ter exigido vestir meu filho no consultório, mas saí acreditando que pela estrutura teria um local adequado..não volto nem indico jamais

form for umbilical cleaning because it was still healing, she asked to wait, so I stayed with him without clothes, after making some notes, he simply informed that he would have to close the consultation, because it was an emergency care and that I would seek a external bathroom to dress my son, I went out with my son on a blanket...absurd, the bathroom was on another floor, a common bathroom with other people using it, it was wet because they were cleaning and my son had contact with cleaning products and bacteria, I was in shock with the situation and his new pediatrician advised me to inform what happened, so that other people do not go through this, today I know that I should have demanded to dress my son in the office, but I left believing that the structure would have a suitable place..I will not return nor recommend ever

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu Pai, um senhor de 90 anos a esta clinica. Depois de 2 horas e meia esperando numa recepção lotada de outros pacientes, desisti. Os médicos que tem aqui (especialmente o meu médico) são excelentes, mas a clinica é péssima. Aliás, minto, pra se tornar péssima essa clínica precisa melhorar bastante. Farei o maior esforço possível pra não retornar neste local nunca mais, inclusive tentarei marcar com o mesmo médico noutro lugar, porque esta clínica decididamente não merece o meu dinheiro, o meu respeito, nem o de ninguém.
I took my father, a 90 year old man to this clinic. After 2 and a half hours waiting in a reception full of other patients, I gave up. The doctors they have here (especially my doctor) are excellent, but the clinic is terrible. In fact, I lie, to become terrible this clinic needs to improve a lot. I will do my best not to return to this place ever again, I will even try to make an appointment with the same doctor elsewhere, because this clinic definitely doesn't deserve my money, my respect, or anyone else's.
