★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Secretárias incompetentes, agendam tudo errado e as pessoas comparecem e dão com a cara na porta. Tive dois agendamentos feitos errados, mesmo após confirmação por mensagem. A profissional (fono Juliana) também não fez esforço algum para conseguir um encaixe.
Incompetent secretaries, schedule everything wrong and people show up and face the door. I had two appointments made wrong, even after confirmation by message. The professional (Phono Juliana) also made no effort to achieve a fit.

Mas o sistema telefônico para agendamentos é uma catástrofe, só por isso não dou 5 estrelas.
Very good and caring doctors, my wife and I were always well cared for.
But the phone system for appointments is a catastrophe, for that alone I don't give 5 stars.

A clinica é ótima, limpeza impecável, atendimento da recepção muito bom comigo e com a minha filha de 4 anos.
A minha filha foi paciente da Dra Adriana (fono) e na verdade pra nós ela virou mais do que uma Dra., foi uma amiga.
As consultas eram maravilhosas, minha filha melhorou muito a fala, ficou mais segura, saia de lá muito feliz e motivada.
A Dra sempre nos deu muita atenção e carinho, sempre muito sincera com tudo.
Só tenho a agradecer imensamente por tudo.
Minha filha não é mais paciente dela pois terminou o tratamento mas ela não esquece a Dra.
E nós também não esquecemos pois como eu havia falado somos muito gratos pela evolução da nossa filha.

The clinic is great, cleanliness impeccable, reception service very good with me and my 4 year old daughter.
My daughter was a patient of Dr. Adriana (phono) and in fact for us she became more than a Dr., she was a friend.
The consultations were wonderful, my daughter improved her speech a lot, she felt safer, she left there very happy and motivated.
Dra always gave us a lot of attention and affection, always very sincere with everything.
I can only thank you immensely for everything.
My daughter is no longer her patient because she finished the treatment but she does not forget Dr.
And we also do not forget because as I said we are very grateful for the evolution of our daughter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento telefônico e PÉSSIMO, Você liga passa os 5 MINUTOS E 25 SEGUNDOS até a ligação cair, você liga novamente da linha ocupada, eles tem um wathsapp para confirmação de consulta que não respondem visualiza a mensagem e não respondem... A Doutora Cristina é uma excelente profissional, ambiente limpinho aparente, mais a parte do atendimento da clínica deixa a desejar e muito.
The telephone service is TERRIBLE, You call passes 5 MINUTES AND 25 SECONDS until the call drops, you call again from the busy line, they have a wathsapp for appointment confirmation, they do not respond, view the message and do not respond... Dr. Cristina She is an excellent professional, an apparent clean environment, but the part of the clinic service leaves a lot to be desired.
