★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pois bem. Ainda estou em tratamento (depilação), mas tenho um problema super chato que é não conseguir dia e horário disponível. Pelo que percebo querem vender mas não conseguem suprir as necessidades de seus clientes. Tem potencial, por isso espere que melhorem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após a segunda aplicação do Jato de plasma minha pele ficou manchada, mesmo com todo o cuidado pós procedimento. Já se passaram 2 meses e terei que tratar estas manchas. Não indico este procedimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento das profissionais é MARAVILHOSO, porem quando forem trocar um pacote por outro, é BOM verificar antes de trocar todas as sessões que tem, para não perder nenhuma sessão que tem por direito AO ADQUIRIR OUTRO PACOTE NOVO....me senti frustrada na troca de pacote, e a explicação não foi clara.....
Passaram-se duas semanas da minha avaliação da clínica e relato das sessões que acabei "perdendo" (ou seja que falaram que EU NÃO tinha todas as sessões que já estavam MARCADA, e pasmem ficou por isso mesmo)
Hoje 25/06/19 resolvi fechar mais um pacote do tratamento que estou fazendo, sendo que ainda tenho 3 sessões do pacote Vigente, e hoje que comprei um novo pacote, simplesmente falaram que na verdade só tenho 2 sessões do pacote em andamento...OI? Como assim? Tenho os horários e tudo conversado pelo zap.. Gente agora a frustração foi embora e ficou a indignação...... Lamentável... E quando peço para me mostrarem a lista de comparecimento para verificar junto a eles todos meus atendimentos, pois todo o atendimento assinamos a lista de comparecimento, eles informam que a lista está no arquivo morto ( ou seja, aceita e pronto).. Absurdo, descaso com o cliente.... Saiu de triste, pois as profissionais que prestam o serviço de estética e muito bom, porém a parte administrativa é confusa e pouco clara quanto a essas questões..bom pelo menos comigo foi essa experiência...

What do you mean? I have the schedules and everything talked about by the zap .. People now the frustration was gone and the indignation remained ...... Unfortunate ... And when I ask to show me the list of attendance to check with them all my calls, therefore all the service we signed the list of attendance, they inform that the list is in the archive (ie, accepted and ready) .. Absurd, disregard for the client .... He left sad because the professionals who render the service aesthetic and very good, but the administrative part is confusing and unclear on these issues ... well at least with me was this experience ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica bacana, com pacotes interessantes porém se você assim como eu gosta de ser atendido com privacidade... Não conte com isso! Praticamente todas as salas possuem mais de uma maca para procedimentos! Foi assim quando fiz limpeza de pele e quando fiz drenagem, só não quando fiz manta térmica! Outro desconforto é não poder escolher a profissional que nos atenderá, podendo de um dia pro outro ser outra pessoa a atender, por questões de vínculo w confiança isso é ruim!
Nice clinic, with interesting packages but if you like me like to be treated with privacy... Don't count on it! Practically all rooms have more than one stretcher for procedures! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conheci a clínica através do Instagram, sempre achei muito bacana, parecia ter profissionais de qualidade e especializados na área, uma clínica conhecida, então decidi marcar uma limpeza de pele. Faço a muitos anos com uma ótima profissional, porém a mesma está de licença maternidade. Enfim, marquei para a data de hoje a limpeza, e fiquei completamente decepcionada, a clínica só tem nome, os profissionais não são qualificados. Aquilo que fiz não foi limpeza de pele, a moça não tirou nada da minha pele, estou da mesma forma que entrei. Elas passam um ferrinho no rosto da gente que quase tira a pele e não resolve nada, não extrai os cravos da raiz, é uma coisa horrível, fora que eu fazia perguntas e a moça não sabia responder nada. O barato sai caro, melhor pagar mais caro por um serviço de qualidade.

Cheap is expensive, better to pay more for a quality service.
