★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei hoje as 10h20 para uma consulta que estava agendada as 10h30 e fui informada de que a nutricionista não tinha comparecido, pois estava doente. O problema não foi terem cancelado minha consulta, de fato imprevistos acontecem, porém a secretaria foi extremamente mal educado e reclamou que eu deveria ter ouvido a caixa postal do meu celular (quem deixa recado na caixa postal em pleno 2017??) ou atendido meu celular. E ela disse tudo isso de forma grosseira. Ela começou a remexer nas bagunças dela para me informar meu novo horário que ela tinha marcado (sem me consultar) e eu informei que nem precosava da informacao, pois nao queria mais o atendimento .
 I arrived today at 10:20 am for an appointment that was scheduled at 10:30 am and I was informed that the nutritionist had not attended, as she was sick. The problem was not that they canceled my appointment, in fact unforeseen events happen, but the secretary was extremely rude and complained that I should have listened to my cell phone's mailbox (who leaves a message in the mailbox in the middle of 2017 ??) or answered mine cell phone. And she said it all rudely. She started rummaging through her messes to inform me of my new schedule that she had set (without consulting me) and I informed her that she didn't even need the information, as she no longer wanted the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tivesse zero eu daria. Recepcionista bagunçada , depois de ter esperado 20 minutos disse que precisava do pedido médico... enfim , sai de lá e não fui atendida. Nunca mais volto nesse lugar.
If I had zero I would give it. Messy receptionist, after waiting 20 minutes said he needed the medical request ... anyway, I left and I was not attended. I'll never go back to that place again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Com certeza indico, os fisioterapeutas Caio, Tati são maravilhosos tratamento humanizado, atenciosos tbm a Michele da acupuntura muito atenciosa principalmente com os idosos tratamento diferenciado, são profissionais excelentes.
I certainly point out, the physiotherapists Caio, Tati are wonderful, humane treatment, attentive as well, Michele from acupuncture is very attentive, especially with the elderly, differentiated treatment, they are excellent professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência...pessimo atendimento da recepcionista, que nunca poderia trabalhar c público. Proprietário da clínica é grosseiro. Minhas sessões nem acabaram porém, irei solicitar novas guias ao médico para mudar de clínica.
Paguei adiantado 2 sessoes de acupuntura auricular, como não havia material p ser feito, solicitei devolução do valor, o que foi negado.
Quem tiver oportunidade de fazer tratamento em outra clínica, aconselho...sem.contar que as instalações são péssimas
Bad experience ... poor service from the receptionist, who could never work with the public. Clinic owner is rude. My sessions are not over yet, I will ask the doctor for new guides to change clinics.
I paid in advance 2 sessions of ear acupuncture, as there was no material to be done, I requested a refund of the amount, which was denied.
Anyone who has the opportunity to undergo treatment at another clinic, I advise ... without… noticing that the facilities are terrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se precisarem de qualquer procedimento deste lugar, conselho: PROCUREM OUTRO LUGAR! A começar pelo supervisor, se estendendo até a recepcionista, gente arrogante, mal educada, sem um pingo de humanidade e empatia ao próximo. Meu filho tinha sessão agendada e chegando lá, deu de cara com a porta. A cara de pau da recepcionista chamada Maria teve a audácia de dizer que os pacientes foram avisados dois dias antes. Não iríamos gastar dinheiro de Uber se tivesse sido avisado pq aqui ninguém ainda ficou louco à ponto de rasgar dinheiro. Só não deu zero estrelas pq não tem essa opção. Os fisioterapeutas que atenderam meu filho deveriam procurar um lugar mais decente para trabalhar. Eles são muita areia para o caminho dessa pocilga.
If you need any procedure from this place, advice: LOOK FOR ANOTHER PLACE! Starting with the supervisor, extending to the receptionist, arrogant, rude people, without an ounce of humanity and empathy for others. My son had a session scheduled and when he got there, he came face to face with the door. The wooden face of the receptionist named Maria had the audacity to say that the patients had been warned two days before. We would not spend Uber money if we had been warned because here nobody has gone crazy to the point of tearing money. It just didn’t give zero stars because it doesn’t have that option. The physiotherapists who attended my son should look for a more decent place to work. They are a lot of sand for the path of this pigsty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, recusaram atender meu filho, com a guia autorizada perdi um dia de trabalho e ainda não consgui atendimento! Um lixo de lugar não percam o tempo de voces. Alguém tem que descredenciar um lugar desses!
Terrible service, they refused to meet my son, with the authorized guide I lost a day of work and I still haven't got service! A rubbish place don't waste your time. Someone has to discredit a place like this!
