Após diversas tentativas consegui marcar uma consulta por telefone, pois quase nunca atende, Então no dia da consulta avisei pelo WhatsApp, pois não consegui contato telefônico, que iria me atrasar devido às questões com transporte neste período de pandemia, ocorre que só qdo cheguei recebi o retorno de que não poderia ser atendida mais, e confirmado pela recepcionista, questionei o motivo de não ter respondido antes, pois nem iria, evitando exposição minha e da minha família , uma vez que saímos de casa apenas qdo necessário, questionei tb o fato de não atenderem o telefone e me coloquei à disposição para Ser atendida no período que me restava, mas a profissional já estava com paciente , antecipou o que já estava aguardando e a recepcionista não me deu possibilidade de fazer o atendimento após a saída daquele paciente , mesmo ele sendo liberado antes, pois entrou para o atendimento antes do horário, ou seja, no meu horário... foi aí que me deu a possibilidade de voltar à tarde, sendo q no dia marcação informei da minha preferência à tarde, justamente devido ao transporte e a mesmo havia me informado que não tinha disponibilidade... tive que voltar para casa com meu filho, sem atendimento, para retornar à tarde.

After several attempts I managed to make an appointment by phone, as it almost never answers, So on the day of the appointment I told WhatsApp, because I couldn't get a phone call, that I would be late due to issues with transportation in this pandemic period, it happens that only when I arrived I received the return that could not be attended to anymore, and confirmed by the receptionist, I questioned the reason for not having responded before, as neither would, avoiding exposure of me and my family, since we left the house only when necessary, I also questioned the fact of not answering the phone and I made myself available to be answered in the remaining period, but the professional was already with the patient, anticipated what was already waiting and the receptionist did not give me the possibility to do the service after the patient left, even though he was released earlier, because he got in before the appointment, that is, during my appointment ... that's when he gave me the chance to come back in the afternoon, being that on the day of the appointment, I informed my preference in the afternoon, precisely because of the transport and had informed me that I had no availability ... I had to return home with my son, without assistance, to return in the afternoon.
