★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei 5 minutos antes da hora marcada. Nao tinha nenhum paciente na clínica. Depois de esperar 45 minutos, fui na recepção questionar. A atendente que me atendeu quando cheguei, nao olhou na minha cara. A segunda atendente achou estranho a demora e me falou qual era a sala da medica. A Dra. que deveria ter me atendido no horario certo, veio até a sala de espera e buscou uma paciente que havia chegado depois de mim.
Só nao dou zero, pq nao tem como.
Se a gente atrasa 15 minutos, desmarca. Se eles atrasam 1 hora, nao da nada. Totalmente injusto e imoral. Estou indo embora da clinica sem ser atendido. Lixo
I arrived 5 minutes before the scheduled time. There were no patients at the clinic. After waiting 45 minutes, I went to the front desk to ask. The attendant who answered me when I arrived, didn't look me in the face. The second attendant found the delay strange and told me which was the doctor's room. Dr. who should have seen me at the right time, came to the waiting room and picked up a patient who had arrived after me.
I just don't give zero, because there's no way.
If we are 15 minutes late, we cancel the appointment. If they are 1 hour late, nothing happens. Totally unfair and immoral. I'm leaving the clinic unattended. garbage
