★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre fiz exame de renovação nesta clínica paguei com cartão agora na Pandemia só aceita dinheiro se não tiver remarca. Vou fazer os exames porque hoje tem que agendar se não procurava outra.
Se não tivesse ligado e ficado uns 20 minutos esperando para ser atendido não ia saber.
 I have always had a renewal exam at this clinic. I paid with a card now at Pandemia. I'm going to do the exams because today I have to schedule if I wasn't looking for another.
If I hadn't called and spent about 20 minutes waiting to be attended I wouldn't have known.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma péssima experiência com a clínica, me desloquei de outra cidade para fazer o exame e a médica não apareceu, nem ligou ou sequer mandou mensagem desmarcando a consulta. Fora que não aceitam cartão de crédito e não avisam o cliente com antecedência. Não recomendo.
I had a terrible experience with the clinic, I moved from another city to take the exam and the doctor didn't show up, call or even send a message canceling the appointment. Not to mention that they do not accept credit cards and do not notify the customer in advance. I do not recommend.

Pelas dimensões modestas da recepção e a alta demanda de clientes o espaço físico torna-se reduzido, desta forma de difícil acomodação.
Clean and organized environment.
Polite and attentive professionals.
Due to the modest dimensions of the reception and the high demand from customers, the physical space becomes reduced, making accommodation difficult.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ liguei 1 semana antes perguntando se aceitavam débito e me disseram que sim. no fim gastei dinheiro indo até o local do exame e chegando lá não consegui fazer o exame porque só aceitavam em dinheiro.

I called 1 week before asking if they accepted debit and they told me yes. in the end I spent money going to the exam site and when I got there I couldn't take the exam because they only accepted in cash.

They only accept cash, but they don't give advance notice and even with an appointment, the service is on a first-come, first-served basis. Terrible.

I don't recommend it, bad service, they make an appointment when the doctor is not present, they don't tell you he's late and they make you wait like a clown. Zero respect.
