Me surpreendi ao chegar na unidade do Tatuapé, que além de moderna e clean, me ofereceu um atendimento amigável, rápido e a experiência com o médico foi muito positiva. Sempre que preciso agendar exames ou consultas, conto com a Cia da Consulta e indico a amigos e familiares de olhos fechados.Um agradecimento a toda a equipe que faz parte da Cia Da Consulta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A médica que atendeu minha mãe, DRA MARINA, uma super profissional! Ela é pneumo e realizou a melhor consulta que já presenciei ou tive! Extremamente profissional e competente. O pessoal da recepção, educados e gentis. Muito agradável! Gratidão a eles também.
Mas um problema recorrente (2°vez que vamos na unidade), a demora no atendimento! Ficamos esperando por quase 50 minutos; não chega a ser um absurdo, mas é bem desagradável.
Ah, lugar super limpo e agradável. Poltronas confortáveis também!

The doctor who attended my mother, DRA MARINA, a super professional! She is pneumo and performed the best consultation I have ever witnessed or had! Extremely professional and competent. Reception staff, polite and kind. Very nice! Gratitude to them too.
But a recurring problem (2nd time we go to the unit), the delay in service! We were waiting for almost 50 minutes; it's not absurd, but it's pretty nasty.
Ah, super clean and nice place. Comfortable armchairs too!
I had a good experience in the end!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Você chega com 15 min de antecedência, te fazem esperar 50 min, você questiona a atendente que te fala que VOCÊ, chegou atrasado! E que o doutor está atendendo os pacientes do horário marcado, ou seja, que chegaram depois de você! É um lixo de clínica! Ainda tem que pagar por esse atendimento horrível! Nunca mais voltamos!
You arrive 15 minutes in advance, they make you wait 50 minutes, you question the attendant who tells you that YOU are late! And that the doctor is seeing patients at the scheduled time, that is, who arrived after you! It's clinic rubbish! You still have to pay for this horrible service! We never came back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consultas no horário certo, gostei do oftalmologista, e ainda parcelei em 10x a minha consulta, indico demais essa rede, bem melhor que a outra que fica no andar de baixo que fica beeeem lotada.
Appointments at the right time, I liked the ophthalmologist, and I still paid my appointment in 10 installments, I highly recommend this network, much better than the other one that is downstairs, which is very crowded.

Terrible, especially to schedule a return, there is never a date available for a return, but there is an agenda to go through if the appointment is paid.
I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já passei 2x na clínica com a médica otorrino Dra Natália Novello. Só tenho elogios, pois faz muito tempo que na minha saga em busca de otorrinos que resolvessem os problemas dos meus filhos eu não encontrava um média tão eficiente , educada e carismática como ela. Indico sem sombra de dúvidas.
I've spent 2x at the clinic with the otorrino doctor Dr Natália Novello. I only have praise, because it's been a long time since in my saga in search of ENTs to solve my children's problems I didn't find a medium as efficient, polite and charismatic as her. I recommend without a doubt.
