★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só tenho a agradecer o Dr Cláudio é ótimo, em anos de acompanhamento nenhum médico foi capaz de me receitar um remédio p refluxo, mesmo com o problema constatado. Eu não sabia o que era um abdômen desinchado e sem dor assim q tomei o remédio em duas horas já pude notar a diferença. Até chorei de emoção! Gratidão ?
I just have to thank Dr Claudio, he's great, in years of follow-up no doctor was able to prescribe me a medication for reflux, even with the problem noted. I didn't know what a deflated and painless abdomen was, so when I took the medicine in two hours I could already see the difference. I even cried with emotion! gratitude ?

Recepcionista educada. Dr° Teresa me atendeu muito bem, atenciosa e esclarecedora.
Os horários das consultas são respeitados.
O prédio comercial disponibiliza de estacionamento, o mesmo é pago.
Phonebook availability with no hassle to contact you by phone. I called on Friday, managed to make an appointment for Monday.
Polite receptionist. Dr. Teresa answered me very well, attentive and enlightening.
The appointment times are respected.
The commercial building has parking, it is paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei uma falta de respeito tremenda da parte da Dr, onde no horário da consulta agendada marcou compromisso e simplesmente deixou os pacientes 2h esperando sem nenhuma explicação. Falta de empatia pois eu mesma estava em horário de almoço e me atrasei devido a falta de respeito da Dr. Nunca mais volto! O atendimento começa desde primeiro contato por parte do consulto. Foi péssimo!
I found a tremendous lack of respect on the part of the Dr, where at the scheduled appointment time she made an appointment and simply left the patients waiting for 2 hours without any explanation. Lack of empathy because I was at lunch myself and I was late due to Dr.'s lack of respect. I'll never be back! The service starts from the first contact on the part of the consultation. It was awful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não consigo agendar consulta. Ligo, ouço uma música igual do carro do gás kkkk, por 1.30 minutos, após isso fica mudo. Aos 2.30 minutos desligam. Parece que não precisam de clientes.
I cannot schedule an appointment. I call, I hear a song like the gas car lol, for 1.30 minutes, after that it is silent. At 2.30 minutes they turn off. Looks like they don't need customers.
