My daughter woke up with puffy eyes and a lot of pus coming out. I went to the clinic for consultation and the ophthalmologist that he attended is very attentive and dedicated, asked several questions and examined it very carefully. Not to mention the reception, which is wonderful and just for her service, I already like to make an appointment. Clean and well organized place.

Worst eye care I've ever had !!!! The doctor who saw me said nothing, nor did he bother to say good morning. He measured the pressure in my eye and didn't say whether it was high or low. I do not recommend this clinic due to the size of the negligence of the doctor and the secretary. I was very upset, I spent money for a fool !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

you don't even deserve a star On March 31, I went to the ophthalmologist to be able to make glasses, as I am currently unemployed and when I go back to work I will stay all day in front of the computer and I am currently staying because I study all day. At the consultation, I said exactly that I needed a new glasses, because I felt that my old one was no longer able to cope, after all my eyes were fogging up and getting tired very fast, Dr. Laércio did the exams and said that my myopia increased, passed the prescription of the glasses and I went to do it (I had a fever on the 31st, 1st and 2nd), I made the glasses and on the 7th I went back to my return appointment and to show the glasses I made, because I thought they were very strong and I couldn't use without getting dizzy or having a headache. On the return I informed the doctor all about the fever and that maybe it could have changed at the time of the exams, but he said that it didn't work, so I told him that I found the lens strong and that I couldn't use the glasses on front of the computer, the lenses altering everything around it. The doctor said that these glasses are not for use on the computer, they are for use only when reading something that is far away, and also not for direct use, but eventually you get used to it. I told him that I didn't need glasses far away that the glasses wouldn't be of use to me if I were to wear glasses while, and that at the consultation I specifically asked for glasses to wear while reading and while I was at the computer. Then he said that I don’t need computer glasses because I already have the old one and that I don’t even need to wear glasses in front of the computer, that I need glasses away, but it was only to be used when reading something, no is to use direct. I reiterated that if it weren't for wearing, I shouldn't have even made glasses, after all I'm unemployed, I can't spend money for nothing and that if I saw that I didn't need glasses close by, I would have just warned and not made me spend money with glasses that I don’t need to wear straight. I left the office in anger and the next day I called asking if I had the possibility of returning the money I spent on the consultation and with the glasses, because he made a mistake and was unethical in prescribing something that was useless to me and without passing on information about and they said they would not give it back, because being prescribed is for use. But they forget that we are in a period of great unemployment because of the pandemic and to make a person spend with something that at the moment would be unnecessary or not to warn about it is a lack of ethics and consideration. Because I went after help and in the end I received total disregard from the doctor.
