Hoje 05/02/2020 minha consulta marca para 09:50 da manhã com clínico geral e até o momento não fui atendida pelo médico. Agora são 11:10 da manhã .
It takes time to attend.
Today 05/02/2020 my appointment makes for 09:50 in the morning with general practitioner and until the moment I have not been attended by the doctor. It is now 11:10 in the morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre fui bem atendida,mas hoje a médica por eu me atrasar 10 min pediu pra remarcar; engraçado que sempre esperei,nos temos que entender o atraso deles, mas eles não entendem o nosso,mas isso era quase o horário de fechar daí o atendimento deixa de ser prioridade....e ela me viu na clínica e fingiu que não viu.
I was always well taken care of, but today the doctor because I was late 10 minutes asked to remarcar; funny that I always waited, we have to understand their delay, but they do not understand ours, but it was almost the closing time hence the service ceases to be a priority .... and she saw me at the clinic and pretended she did not see .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei na recepção a atende fez pouco caso e ficou conversando com outra pessoa. Passei pelo clínico geral e o mesmo não tinha nem noção para qual especialidade me encaminhar.
I arrived at the reception and the attendant ignored him and was talking to someone else. I went through the general practitioner and he had no idea which specialty to refer me to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei 20 minutos mais cedo do horário marcado que seria 14:50 e agora e 16:05 e a clínica geral ainda n me atendeu ,tô com fortes dores e já passou até pessoas na minha frente alegando que ela tá atrasada com os atendimentos
I arrived 20 minutes earlier than the scheduled time which would be 2:50 pm and now it's 4:05 pm and the general clinic hasn't seen me yet, I'm in severe pain and it's already passed by people in front of me claiming she's late with the appointments

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO. Eles fazem hora com nossa cara, descaso total. Mandei mensagem pelo WhatsApp e demoraram 4 dias úteis para responder, sendo que a foto de perfil do WhatsApp deles diz que o atendimento é feito em até 4 horas. Depois que finalmente alguém respondeu, eu demorei um dia inteiro para conseguir um horário de consulta, porém não tive a confirmação do agendamento. Resolvi ligar, e ligando descobri que o horário já havia sido preenchi por outro e que a médica que a atendente estava marcando para mim era clínica geral, sendo que mas mensagens eu deixei claro que eu preciso de um dermatologista.
Um absurdo isso tudo. Eu já poderia ter marcado uma consulta para mim em outra clínica a mais de semana, pois esta aqui está totalmente e completamente uma bagunça. Se está assim para marcar, imagina lá dentro.
TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE. They make time with our face, total disregard. I sent a message via WhatsApp and they took 4 business days to respond, and their WhatsApp profile picture says that the service is done within 4 hours. After someone finally responded, it took me a whole day to get an appointment time, but I didn't get confirmation of the appointment. I decided to call, and when I called, I discovered that the appointment had already been filled in by someone else and that the doctor that the attendant was scheduling for me was a general practitioner, and in messages I made it clear that I need a dermatologist.
It's all nonsense. I could have already made an appointment for myself at another clinic more than a week ago as this one is totally and completely a mess. If it's like this to score, imagine inside.
