★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lixo de lugar você liga pra tentar marcar um exame e nunca consegue falar alguém lá. E quando consegue eles falam que tem que ir marcar o exame pessoalmente na clinica como se agente não tivesse nada pra fazer o dia todo como eles que nem atender telefone atendem. Dai você vai até a clinica agendar o exame e ele falam que não abriu a agenda ainda e te mandam voltar outro dia. NÃO RECOMENDO.
Garbage place you call to try to arrange an exam and can never talk to anyone there. And when they do they say they have to go to the exam in person at the clinic as if they had nothing to do all day like they don't even answer the phone. Then you go to the clinic to schedule the exam and they say they haven't opened the schedule yet and send you back another day. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente falta de respeito com os clientes , laboratório despreparado totalmente aonde pensam apenas no dinheiro , exame feito no particular teste COVID falaram que saia no mesmo dia o resultado, pois bem não saiu apenas enganação onde o dinheiro vale mais para eles. Não façam mais exames neste laboratório gente não indico. Quem sabe mudando a gestão que acho que está precisando.
Simply lack of respect for customers, laboratory totally unprepared where they only think about money, exam done in the particular COVID test, they said that the result would come out on the same day, well, it wasn't just deception where money is worth more to them. Do not do more tests in this laboratory, we do not recommend. Who knows, changing the management that I think is needed.

Demoram 1 mês para retornarem o horário de um exame com data marcada, não souberam passar como era o preparo do exame, não retornam ligação nem respondem o whatsapp! Ainda me causaram transtorno quando reagendei em outro laboratório, pedi para cancelarem a senha aberta no convênio e não a cancelaram! Deu duplicidade de senha e tive que cancelar um exame urgente que demorei 1 mês para marcar!!! Falta de respeito total, péssima clínica.
Poor service for laboratory tests. It takes 1 month to return the time of an exam with a scheduled date, they didn't know how to pass the exam preparation, they don't return a call or respond to whatsapp! They still caused me trouble when I rescheduled at another laboratory, I asked them to cancel the password opened in the agreement and they didn't cancel it! There was a duplicate password and I had to cancel an urgent exam that took me 1 month to schedule!!! Total lack of respect, bad clinic.
