★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento (recepção), funcionários parecem trabalhar sem disposição e sem o mínimo de vontade. Não dão atenção necessária ao pré atendimento, não sanam as dúvidas as quais são questionados, não indicam o procedimento correto após o cadastro da ficha...e por aí vai. Não são todos os funcionários que se encaixam nas descrições acima, porém infelizmente o serviço deve ser avaliado ao todo. Fora o descrito acima, o atendimento médico é demorado e organização dos local é regular (pode melhorar).
Poor service (reception), employees seem to work without disposition and without the slightest will. They do not give necessary attention to pre-service, they do not solve the doubts that are questioned, they do not indicate the correct procedure after the registration of the form ... and so on. Not all employees fit the descriptions above, but unfortunately the service must be evaluated as a whole. Apart from the above, medical care is time consuming and the organization of the places is regular (it can improve).
