★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive lá hoje, péssima recepcionista grosseira em seu modo de atender o paciente, Clínica Mário Gabriel contrate pessoas pra trabalhar principalmente na recepção que saibam tratar seus pacientes com gentileza pois não adianta ter experiência e péssima educação.
I was there today, bad receptionist, rude in her way of caring for the patient, Clínica Mário Gabriel hire people to work mainly at the reception who know how to treat their patients with kindness because it's no use having experience and bad education.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opção barata de endoscopia, se você espera anestesia geral que dorme, você esta enganado. Mas tira a injeção e ja jogam na garganta, e depois 15min sentado pra se recuperar. Médico não olha na sua cara. Atendimento -1
Cheap endoscopy option, if you expect general anesthesia that sleeps, you are wrong. But take the injection and they already throw it in the throat, and then 15min sitting down to recover. Doctor doesn't look you in the face. Service -1

Uma senhora mal educada na recepção que nem olha na cara, clínica lotada,
Fui atendida as 10:45
Entrei, médico de costa que também não olha pra você ...
Assistente pediu pra eu deitar de roupa e calçado, do jeito que eu estava mesmo, aplicou anestesia (injeção na veia,)
Pediu pra eu virar de lado
No que virei o Dr Mario já enfiou goela abaixo o aparelho do exame, tive muita ânsia senti dor na hora por forçar, que sufoco que passei, e até agora ainda dói ,
Fiz xixi na minha roupa porcausa da ânsia vômito, sai toda molhada,
Desci da maca sonolenta, mais quiz ir embora dormir na minha casa, estava assustada,
A assistente saiu comigo até a porta pois viu q eu tava com muita vergonha,
Que constrangimento!!!?
Não sei como é procedência dos aparelhos usado, pois faziam tipo um exame coletivo, descia um da maca subia outro, todos iam ficando numa sala, de verdade, parecia filme de terror, PIOR EXPERIÊNCIA coisa estranha,
Vou encaminhar email para o convênio explicando a péssima experiência que tive ...

I got off the stretcher sleepy, but I wanted to go to sleep at my house, I was scared,
The assistant walked with me to the door because she saw that I was very ashamed,
What an embarrassment!!!?
I don't know how the equipment used comes from, because they were like a collective exam, one got off the stretcher, another one climbed up, everyone was staying in a room, really, it looked like a horror movie, WORST EXPERIENCE strange thing,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não cumpre horário, meu exame era 9:15 cheguei antes disso e atenderam a mulher que era as 10:00 antes. Sem contar o descanso com o paciente, a anestesia passou muito antes do exame acabar, senti muita dor tanto na hora como dias pós exame, já tinha feito esse exame antes e nunca me trataram desse jeito. Total descaso com quem PAGOU para fazer, eu já fiz pelo SUS totalmente de graça e fui super bem tratada. Conselho, se querem aumentar tanto assim a demanda de vendas desse exame, MELHORE TUDO, porque eu estudo enfermagem e sei muito bem, que nunca que um paciente pode acordar antes do exame acabar, ainda mais com o aparelho dentro do estômago do paciente. Isso dá processo!
