★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei uma consulta com uma nutricionista a qual foi desmarcada sem meu consentimento. Elas se confundiram. Fingiram que não viram minha mensagem por Whatssap, enviada logo cerca de uma hora antes da minha consulta. Nos meus dois telefonemas, as secretárias nem pediram desculpas pelo ocorrido, demonstrando pouca atenção em resolver imprevistos. Mesmo depois de uma delas ter notado o erro depois de ter visto toda a marcação feita através do WhatsApp. A clínica pode ter ótimos profissionais, ser bonita, mas com secretárias ruins, desatenciosas em resolver seus problemas.
I made an appointment with a nutritionist which was canceled without my consent. They got confused. They pretended they didn't see my message via Whatssap, which was sent about an hour before my appointment. In my two phone calls, the secretaries did not even apologize for what had happened, showing little attention in resolving unforeseen events. Even after one of them noticed the error after having seen all the booking done through WhatsApp. The clinic can have great professionals, be beautiful, but with bad secretaries, inattentive in solving their problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, no mesmo dia recebi 3 ligações de dferentes funcionários tentando remarcar minha consulta para 30 min mais cedo, logo depois e pedindo para confirmar a consulta. No dia da consulta, tentaram remarcar e não retornaram minhas mensagens, fiquei sem confirmação se poderia ou não ir ao consultório, sem falar que não atenderam as ligações.
Uma decepção!
Bad service, on the same day I received 3 calls from different employees trying to reschedule my appointment 30 minutes earlier, soon after and asking to confirm the appointment. On the day of the consultation, they tried to reschedule and did not return my messages, I was left without confirmation as to whether or not I could go to the office, not to mention that they did not answer the calls.
A disappointment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que decepção! Marquei consulta com a nutricionista da clínica para as 9:30. Ela chega tranquilamente as 10h da manhã para começar a atender os pacientes. Havia ainda uma pessoa antes de mim. Nenhum pedido de desculpas ou satisfação pelo atraso. Quando deu 10:20 fui embora, não pude mais esperar. A "profissional" pelo jeito acha que nosso tempo está à disposição dela. Nunca mais retorno.
What a disappointment! I made an appointment with the clinic nutritionist for 9:30. She arrives quietly at 10 am to start seeing patients. There was still one person before me. No apologies or satisfaction for the delay. When it was 10:20 I left, I couldn't wait any longer. The "professional" by the way thinks that our time is at her disposal. I will never return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os médicos são excelentes, principalmente o Dr. Daniel Gallo (gineco e masto) cuidadoso e atencioso. Infelizmente a recepção é muito ruim. Principalmente no atendimento via whats e telefônico. Falam com grosseria e sem educação total. Só acho que um lugar tão bom deveria ter recepção com mais jeito no tratamento com os pacientes. Tirando isso é ótimo!
The doctors are excellent, especially Dr. Daniel Gallo (gyneco and masto), careful and attentive. Unfortunately the reception is very bad. Mainly in the service via whats and telephone. They speak rudely and without total education. I just think that such a good place should have a better reception in treating patients. Apart from that it's great!

DR DANIEL GALO, my mastologist since 2009. He operated my mother 14 years ago. It is a health professional who sees the patient, very humanized, meticulous and up to date. I recommend with high score and confidence, also meet my sisters and friends.
Dr. DANIEL is also my general practitioner, grateful for all my care and my family.

Um amigo em primeiro lugar, me lembro que cheguei la com nódulo, quase infartando d medo de ser CA. Ele me deu maior apoio e me acalmou. Foi mto querido. Desde então ele me orienta em tudo que preciso. Sempre disponível, seja pra qq assunto. Tive começo de depressão cm crise ansiedade, ele acertou o remédio e eu melhorei 100% Obg Dr por ser fofo e competente. Grande beijo e gratidão
Delicious, pleasant clinic. My doctor is Dr Daniel Gallo. Always very attentive and humanistic. A friend in the first place, I remember I arrived there with a lump, almost infarcting with fear of being CA. He gave me more support and calmed me down. It was very sweet. Since then he guides me in everything I need. Always available, whatever the subject. I started depression in an anxiety crisis, he got the medication right and I got 100% better Obg Dr for being cute and competent. Big kiss and gratitude
