Tenho satisfação da pontuação que estou fazendo e recomendo para que você não perca seu tempo com a certeza de ótimos resultados.
This is an office in a great location, where I got excellent reception service and composed by doctors of high professionalism where I have already done 04 orthopedic surgeries being currently in great condition and my husband did 02 being today with a great recovery. I have satisfaction in the score I am making and I recommend that you do not waste your time with the certainty of great results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendido recentemente pela clínica, o médico foi bem competente e deixou claro o meu problema. Tive a facilidade de fazer um exame complexo e ultrassonografia no local também, e ainda passei por todo o tratamento de fisioterapia no mesmo local.
A fisioterapia é bem estruturada, com diversos aparelhos e que me ajudaram na recuperação.
Não posso deixar de elogiar o atendimento, desde a recepção, até mesmo o fisioterapeuta que sempre prestou um atendimento bem humanitário.
I was recently seen by the clinic, the doctor was very competent and made my problem clear. I had the facility to do a complex exam and ultrasound on the spot as well, and even went through all the physiotherapy treatment in the same place.
Physiotherapy is well structured, with several devices that helped me in recovery.
I cannot help praising the service, since the reception, even the physiotherapist who has always provided a very humanitarian service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho consulta e cirurgia com o doutor Vitor Chadud que me atendeu muito bem e só tenho elogios, porém a atendente Andressa a qual fiz contato hoje (13/06) as 13:27 hs me faltou com o respeito e ficou muda na ligação. Informei por diversas vezes que não estava a ouvindo ao telefone e me espantei com a força que ela fez para que pudessê ouví-la, inclusive acredito que se ela tivesse feito toda a força que utilizou para ser grosseira e sem educação comigo para falar mais alto conseguiria ouví-la rapidamente. Precisei pedir para ela falar com o médico pois se ela que é a recepcionista do consultório onde ela estava hoje não conseguia fazer este contato seria mais difícil se eu o tentasse diretamente pois os médicos são ocupados e nem sempre podem atender ou responder as mensagens , e afinal de contas pela cargo que ela ocupa esta seria sua designação. Após isto agradeci sua grande presteza por me ajudar. Poxa quase me esqueci Andressa, faltou falar da sua risada irônica quando te pedi ajuda sobre o que fazer. Terei o prazer de ir ao consultório fazer um reclamação formal sobre sua atitude, pois se para você é comum atender os pacientes que não estão indo ao consultório para passear, para nós não é legal ir ao médico pois normalmente temos alguma infermidade ou no meu caso, como informei no início da ligação, que tenho que fazer uma cirurgia.
Aqui credito minhas 4 estrlas a toda estrutura, médicos e local de atendimento. A estrela faltante credito totalmente a recepcionista Andressa, que me faz perguntar como existem pessoas que lidam com o público diarimente e ainda apresentam este tipo de comportamento.

After that I thanked her for her promptness in helping me. I almost forgot Andressa, I missed your ironic laugh when I asked you for help on what to do. I will be happy to go to the office to make a formal complaint about your attitude, because if it is common for you to attend patients who are not going to the office to walk, it is not legal to go to the doctor because we usually have some infermity or in my case , as I informed you at the beginning of the call, that I have to have a surgery.
Here I credit my 4 movies to the whole structure, doctors and place of care. The missing star totally credits the receptionist Andressa, who makes me wonder how there are people who deal with the everyday audience and still exhibit this kind of behavior.

Dr João Paulo, excellent doctor. It has taken care of my knees since 2018. Enabling me to continue my street race, quality of life. Many people told me that knee infiltration hurt a lot but with Dr. João Paulo it was wonderful, without pain. Super recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Somos enganados ao ir na clínica CEOT!
Marquei consulta com o Dr Carlos Mendes com cinco dias de antecedência (ele atende no Hospital Osvaldo Cruz também).
Solicitaram posteriormente que o horário fosse remarcado para 30min mais tarde, aceitei.
No dia, solicitei se podia ser atendido mais tarde, responderam que não e tive que mudar minha agenda para cumprir o horário previsto.
Cheguei no horário e duas secretárias que estavam paradas sem fazer nada no momento me atenderam e pediram que aguardasse o atendimento sem mais nada dizer.
Os pacientes começaram a reclamar do atraso no atendimento.
Constatei que quatro pacientes aguardavam atendimento pelo Dr Carlos e, pior, os horários eram com apenas 15min de diferença.
As duas secretárias simplesmente disseram que não podiam informar quantos pacientes faltavam ser atendidos e não se podia prever um horário pois o Dr Carlos chegou muito atrasado.
Ninguém me ligou informando do atraso que seria até benéfico para mim.
As secretárias não controlam nada, não querem saber de nada e não informam nada!
A conclusão é somos enganados ao ir na clínica CEOT.
O atendimento é péssimo.
Prefira outra clínica.
We are deceived when going to the CEOT clinic!
I made an appointment with Dr Carlos Mendes five days in advance (he also attends Hospital Osvaldo Cruz).
They later requested that the time be rescheduled for 30 minutes later, I accepted.
On the day, I asked if I could be seen later, they said no and I had to change my schedule to meet the scheduled time.
I arrived on time and two secretaries who were stopped doing nothing at the time answered and asked me to wait for the service without saying anything else.
Patients began to complain about the delay in care.
I found that four patients were waiting for care by Dr Carlos and, worse, the hours were only 15 minutes apart.
The two secretaries simply said that they could not inform how many patients remained to be seen and that a time could not be predicted because Dr Carlos was very late.
Nobody called to inform me of the delay that would even be beneficial for me.
Secretaries do not control anything, do not want to know anything and do not report anything!
The conclusion is we are deceived when going to the CEOT clinic.
The service is terrible.
Prefer another clinic.
