Marquei uma consulta para o dia 22 de fevereiro pela manhã mas infelizmente meus horários mudaram e pedir para remarcar para um horário pela tarde. A atendente apenas disse que não tinha condições (mesmo faltando mais de um mês para a consulta) e não fez questão nenhuma de me ajudar ou propor outra solução!
I had a bad experience with the service.
I made an appointment for February 22 in the morning but unfortunately my schedule changed and asked to reschedule for an appointment in the afternoon. The attendant just said that she was unable (even more than a month before the consultation) and did not insist on helping me or proposing another solution!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não cheguei à conhecer, simplesmente porque não se consegue marcar a consulta para Nutrologia. Por ex. liguei todas as semanas de maio/21 para tentar marcar uma consulta e na ultima informação abriria vaga para agosto/21 o que já é um absurdo, hoje 01/06, entrei novamente por telefone, e dessa vez pediram para entrar em contato pelo whatsapp. quando entrei informaram que só teria vaga para setembro, enfim, parece a da historia da caverna do dragão ( quando tá perto de marcar, eles aumentam o prazo).
I didn't get to know it, simply because you can't make an appointment for Nutrilogy. For example. I called every week of May/21 to try to make an appointment and the last information would open a vacancy for August/21 which is already absurd, today 01/06, I got back in by phone, and this time they asked me to get in touch via whatsapp . when i entered they informed that i would only have a vacancy for september, well, it seems like the story of the dragon's cave (when it's close to schedule, they increase the deadline).
