★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou dando 3 estrelas porque toda vez que as 3 vezes em que fui, fui muito bem atendida. Desde a recepção ao médicos. Mas precisa corrigir no site a especialidade "obstétrica" pois no site diz que tem e na hora de agendar só tem o exame de usg. ? complicado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito decepcionada, segunda feira passada fui pra realizar uma ultra, estou com 39 semanas de gestação. Fui informada que não seria entregue no mesmo dia, ok. Nunca vi isso, como estou em uma idade gestacional avançada, pedi que minha mãe fosse buscar na quarta feira, o dia que foi me dito que estaria pronto. Chegando lá, não estava pronto, eu estava me sentindo mal em casa sozinha enquanto minha mãe estava lá aguardando, mandaram pelo meu WhatsApp e pro e-mail dela somente o texto, a imagem imprimiram lá e entregaram. Agora que vem o pior, no dia da minha consulta a doutora disse que estava achando a ultra estranha, eu também não gostei, pq o peso dela está praticamente igual ao da outra ultra que fiz em outro lugar. Tive que ir pra emergência da maternidade, pq a doutora pensou que tivesse algo errado com a bebê, minha pressão até subiu, estou tomando medicamentos. Eu não indico pra ninguém, primeira e última vez.
Very disappointed, last Monday I went for an ultrasound, I'm 39 weeks pregnant. I was informed that it would not be delivered on the same day, ok. I have never seen this, as I am at an advanced gestational age, I asked my mother to pick it up on Wednesday, the day I was told it would be ready. When I got there, it wasn't ready, I was feeling bad at home alone while my mother was there waiting, they sent through my WhatsApp and to her email only the text, the image was printed there and delivered. Now that the worst comes, on the day of my appointment the doctor said she was finding the ultrasound strange, I didn't like it either, because her weight is practically the same as the other ultrasound I had elsewhere. I had to go to the maternity emergency, because the doctor thought there was something wrong with the baby, my blood pressure even went up, I'm taking medication. I don't recommend it to anyone, first and last time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de agradecer a equipe do Doutor10, fui realizar uma ressonância no dia 27/12, e a marcação foi rápido, o atendimento muito educado e profissional. Ressalto também o atendimento da atendente Julia, na recepção muito atenciosa, estava com uma questão grave de entorse e graças a boa vontade dela e do médico responsável por dar o laudo, consegui levar para ter o diagnóstico mais antes do prazo. Gratidão! ??
I would like to thank Doctor10's team, I went to perform an MRI on 12/27, and the appointment was fast, the service very polite and professional. I also emphasize the assistance provided by the attendant Julia, at the very attentive reception, she had a serious problem with a sprain and thanks to her good will and the doctor responsible for giving the report, I managed to take it to have the diagnosis before the deadline. Gratitude! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde! No site diz q parcela todos os exames, não especifica valores e nem muito menos, selecionam quais exames podem ser parcelado. Liguei para marcar um exame, falei q ia pagar o cartão e parcelar em 3x,me disseram q nao pode,informei q isso é direito do consumidor, e posso até acionar o Procon, ai me responderam q a direcao já sabe do erro do site, ai respondi, sabe mais não concertou , então tem q cumprir o q esta escrito! Estou certo?? Não tenho culpa q o site esta errado,quero parcelar e depois q cumprir o q esta escrito pra mim,vcs acertam o site! Obrigado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se precisarem de ORTOPEDISTA PROCUREM OUTRA CLÍNICA. Tive apenas aborrecimentos com eles. Precisava de um laudo para o INSS expliquei para a atendente, disse quais exames tinham e me afirmaram que a ortopedista poderia dá o laudo com eles. Chegando na hora a ortopedista além de não dá, ainda pediu VÁRIOS exames. No final, quando consegui realizar POR FORA os exames que ela pediu, ela simplesmente me deu um laudo com LETRA ILEGÍVEL, pedi para ela poder fazer uma letra um pouco melhor pois era para o JUIZ e ela disse que não podia fazer nada pois era a letra dela. Agora terei que procurar um outro ortopedista pq ela simplesmente não podia escreve mais legível. Isso fora o péssimo atendimento via Whatsapp. Enfim, não recomendo!
If you need an ORTHOPEDIST, FIND ANOTHER CLINIC. I just had annoyances with them. I needed a report for the INSS, I explained to the attendant, said what tests they had and they told me that the orthopedist could give the report with them. Arriving on time, the orthopedist, in addition to not being able to, also asked for SEVERAL tests. In the end, when I managed to carry out the exams she asked for, she simply gave me a report with ILLEGABLE LETTERS, I asked her to write a little better letter because it was for the JUDGE and she said she couldn't do anything because it was the her handwriting. Now I'll have to look for another orthopedist because she just couldn't write more legibly. That aside from the bad service via Whatsapp. Anyway, I don't recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a essa clinica com meu esposa para fazer 4 ressonancias e gostaria de agradecer as atendentes na recepção fomos muito bem atendidos e principalmente a Ariana que trve toda paciencia com meu esposo....simpatica,educada...enfim todos que nos atendeu o meu muito obrigada a todos e super indico a clinica ??? Deus abençoe a todos
I went to this clinic with my wife to do 4 MRIs and I would like to thank the attendants at the reception we were very well attended and especially Ariana who showed all patience with my husband... thank you all so much and I highly recommend the clinic ??? God bless you all
