★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Mário Roberto é sem dúvida um grande profissional, arrisco-me a dizer que foi o melhor médico que me atendeu depois que perdi minha audição, por vezes evito procurar médicos pela falta de empatia, ao contrário do Dr. Roberto, que trata o paciente com o maior respeito e atenção em suas diferenças. Já tentei um retorno, pois com a pandemia paralisei meu tratamento, e ao tentar uma consulta obtive a informação que não estava realizando atendimento por situação alheia a sua vontade. Espero retornar em breve . Aproveitar e deixar meu agradecimento a esse grande ser humano acima de tudo.
Dr. Mário Roberto is without a doubt a great professional, I dare to say that he was the best doctor who treated me after I lost my hearing, sometimes I avoid looking for doctors due to lack of empathy, unlike Dr. Roberto, who treats patient with the greatest respect and attention to their differences. I've already tried a return, because with the pandemic I paralyzed my treatment, and when I tried for a consultation, I got the information that I wasn't receiving care due to a situation beyond its control. I hope to return soon. Enjoy and leave my thanks to this great human being above all.
