★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu nunca vi um atendimento tão ruim da parte da recepção (por duas vezes consecutivas), e por sinal é a primeira clínica que não possuí um banheiro, oque me deixa intrigado em saber como os próprios funcionários fazem suas necessidades fisiológicas.
Quanto a resposta , sim acredito que meu nome não consta em arquivos como paciente, eu não sou nem serei paciente desta clínica, mas acompanhei minha mulher por duas vezes em consulta e as duas vezes o atendimento foi péssimo, para você que acha que me refiro a outra clínica qualquer pessoa em sã consciência vai olhar a foto e perceber logo na entrada, pois não fui a primeira e não serei a última pessoa a não ser bem tratada na recepção, uma pena pois a minha mulher gostou do atendimento da médica, mas teve a mesma comparação que a minha em relação aos quesitos citados acima, quem perde infelizmente é Doutor que compõe uma equipe de atendimento despreparada.
I've never seen such bad service from the reception (twice in a row), and by the way it's the first clinic that doesn't have a bathroom, which makes me intrigued to know how the employees themselves do their physiological needs.
As for the answer, yes I believe my name does not appear in the files as a patient, I am not and will not be a patient of this clinic, but I accompanied my wife twice for a consultation and both times the service was terrible, for you who think I mean at the other clinic, anyone in their right mind will look at the photo and notice right at the entrance, because I wasn't the first and I won't be the last person not to be treated well at the reception, a pity because my wife liked the doctor's care, but had the same comparison as mine in relation to the items mentioned above, who unfortunately loses is the Doctor who makes up an unprepared service team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou aqui. Cheguei as 09:20. Teoricamente era para estar aberta as 09hs. Minha consulta é as 10hs. A recepcionista não se deu ao trabalho de liberar a porta da recepção para adentramos a sala de espera. Falou que tínhamos que esperar num Hall de entrada com duas poltronas baixíssimas. Informei que minha mãe estava de cirurgia de prótese de joelho e que não podia sentar no baixo, mesmo assim solicitou que esperassemos no Hall. Após solicitar que cancelasse então a consulta que iria embora, ela resolveu abrir a porta e deixar minha mae se sentar no sofá. Agora esperando o dr chegar para a consulta ds 10hs. Ai volto aqui e termino minha avaliação.
Complemento.
Dr chegou as 10:12hs, dentro do horário, chamou de bate pronto, atendimento ótimo.
Avaliação 3 estrelas somente pelo início do atendimento na clinica. Não sei se é norma, pra segurança ou prevenção a assalto, mas acho que o cliente chegando e a recepção conferido que é o paciente deveria liberar a entrada pra aguardo na sala de espera, o que só foi feito quando espanei.

I informed him that my mother was undergoing knee surgery and that she could not sit on the bass, even so she asked us to wait in the Hall. After asking her to cancel her appointment, she decided to open the door and let my mother sit on the couch. Now waiting for the dr to arrive for the consultation at 10am. Then I come back here and finish my assessment.

Dr arrived at 10:12 am, on time, called ready beats, great service.
3 star rating only for the start of the clinic. I do not know if it is the norm, for security or prevention of theft, but I think that the client arriving and the reception confirmed that it is the patient should release the entrance to wait in the waiting room, which was only done when I dusted.

Meu primeiro contato foi dia 07 de fevereiro... tentando marcar algo, ela nunca me passou nem sequer uma data para opção... hoje é dia 07 de março e eu sigo ignorada no whatsapp e sem atendimento telefônico...
