★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alguns motivos que me deixaram decepcionada após ser atendida.
Primeiro: Como pode em plena fase roxa da pandemia, ter 7 pessoas numa sala minuscula de espera? E isso que meu horario era um dos primeiros, as 8 horas da manhã.
Segundo: Estou gravida de 7 meses, após ele verificar meus exames e dizer que estava tudo bem, eu questionei, pois eu vi que alguns deles deram uma leve alteração. Jamais duvidei do conhecimento do profissional, meu questionamento foi realmente de duvida p entender o que estava acontecendo. Ele me respondeu de forma grossa, dizendo que o medico era ele, e que eu não tinha que ficar me preocupando.
O site dele é lindo falando sobre humanização, só precisa colocar em prática na hora do atendimento.
Some reasons that left me disappointed after being answered.
First: How can you, in the middle of the purple phase of the pandemic, have 7 people in a tiny waiting room? This is what my schedule was one of the first, at 8 am.
Second: I am pregnant for 7 months, after he checked my exams and said that everything was fine, I questioned, because I saw that some of them gave a slight change. I never doubted the knowledge of the professional, my question was really doubtful p to understand what was happening. He answered me in a blunt way, saying that the doctor was him, and that I didn't have to worry.
His website is beautiful talking about humanization, you just need to put it into practice at the time of service.

Dr.Sergio passa tranquilidade e confiança a paciente de maneira simples e direta do jeito que eu gosto!
I met Dr. Sergio last year when I got pregnant. I did my prenatal and now my postpartum follow-up. I have always been well attended, the Dr. complies with the hours, the office is cozy and the employees are always kind.
Dr.Sergio conveys tranquility and confidence to the patient in a simple and direct way, just the way I like it!

Minha consulta consulta foi por convênio, o Dr. Sérgio me atendeu ao mesmo tempo que resolvia um defeito na máquina de débito para receber a consultado atendimento anterior, então ele estava no chat com a operadora da máquina, fazendo os procedimentos com a funcionária da clínica e "tentando" me atender, me interrompeu várias vezes, até disse para ele resolver primeiro o problema da máquina, mas ele não quis, a espera estava com umas 7 mulheres (não sei como é possível atender as pessoas com dignidade dessa forma), então ele não perguntou se eu usava medicamentos, não prestou atenção em mim, me passou um remédio manipulado e disse para eu fazer na farmácia que ele estava me indicando, que era a única de confiança. Cancelei o papa Nicolau que ele coletou e nunca mais quero ver essa pessoa.Só deve atender bem se for particular.

My consultation appointment was by agreement, Dr. Sérgio attended to me at the same time that he was solving a defect in the debit machine to receive the consultation from the previous service, so he was in the chat with the operator of the machine, doing the procedures with the employee of the clinic and "trying" to assist me, he interrupted me several times. I even told him to solve the problem with the machine first, but he didn't want to, the wait was with about 7 women (I don't know how it's possible to serve people with dignity that way), so he didn't ask if I used medication, no paid attention to me, gave me a compounded medicine and told me to do it at the pharmacy he was referring me, which was the only one he could trust. I canceled the Pope Nicholas that he collected and I never want to see that person again. It must only serve well if it is private.
