★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento da recepção porque quis cancelar por estar no meu direito de não ser atendida com hora marcada. Os médicos atrasam, já marquei mais cedo pra não perder meu horário no trabalho, eu não quero saber se a pessoa vem de longe, que saia mais cedo, já sabe que vai pegar trânsito. Se o paciente atrasa mais que 15 minutos, perdemos a consulta, agora o médico pode atrasar 1h, falta de respeito!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preço é bacana, galera simpática porém já estamos aqui pela segunda vez com a minha mãe grávida, mas o atendimento sempre passa do horário combinado e agendado. A primeira vez esperamos mais de 1h após o horário marcado. E agora estamos agitando já tem mais 30 minutos e nada! Se for pra não ter compromisso não agende, faça por ordem de chegada que será mais justo.
Price is cool, nice guys but we are already here for the second time with my pregnant mother, but the service always passes the combined schedule and scheduled. The first time we waited more than 1h after the scheduled time. And now we're shaking it already has another 30 minutes and nothing! If you do not have an appointment do not schedule, make order of arrival that will be fairer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olha a priori achei um pouco demorado pra passar em consulta com pediatra Dra Margarete, mas quando entrei no consultório amei a médica extremamente atenciosa e competente, segura no que faz, quando sai do consultório falei para as moças da recepção se tiver na próxima consulta que esperar 2 horas pra ser atendida, não me importo a médica é mto boa vale a espera.
Um grande bju a todos e obg!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para marcar a consulta no dia 11/02 para o dia 18/02 as 13:30 horas, no dia 15/02 recebi uma ligação passando meu horário para as 13:50 horas, pq segunda a pessoa que ligou a dra. Começaria atender esse horário, então no dia 18/02 as 13:45horas cheguei até a unidade e fui chamada para abrir a ficha 25 mint depois, na recepção estava apenas duas atendentes, mesmo com q recepção cheia de pacientes, as 14:50 horas questionei sobre o horário do atendimento, a mesma verificou que ainda tinha duas pessoas para serem atendidas na minha frente. Fui chamada para o exame as 15:55 horas, a Dra. Realizou o exame em 8 mint, foi grosseira e indelicada em seu atendimento. O horário marcado deveria ser cumprido e em caso de atraso os pacientes devem ser orientados e ter a liberta de escolha se vai aguardar ou não o atendimento, não tive nenhuma explicação do atraso, deixo meu desconforto escrito pela internet e também pessoalmente com a condenadora.

The scheduled time should be fulfilled and in case of delay the patients should be advised and have the freedom to choose whether to wait for the care or not, I had no explanation of the delay, I leave my discomfort written on the internet and also in person with the condemned.

Minha esposa fez todo o pré Natal com a dra miriam - com muito custo, e no momento do parto, que foi de emergência ela alegou que estava fora de SP e passou para a médica de plantão o caso. Com hora marcada, o atendimento no consultório leva ao menos 2 horas!! Um descaso com as grávidas!!! E muitas das vezes, ela esta resolvendo probelmas particulares (entendo que todos nós temos, mas não há pedidos de desculpas ou explicações) as secretárias mesmo falam que sempre tem atrasos e demora! Após o nascimento da minha filha, minha esposa mandou msg pra ela, chegou a responder uma vez, e depois não mandou mais nada. Minha filha ficou na UTI por 34 dias, não tinha como ir na clínica para dar uma "posição" do parto.... não recomendo um "profissional" desse nível....
Até a veterinária da minha cachorra quer saber como as coisas estão.... e quem teoricamente cuidou por meses não quer saber....
