★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amava a clínica, passei nela durante toda a minha gravidez, porém, estou extremamente chateada, paguei caríssimo em uma consulta na pediatra para a minha filha, consulta a qual me disseram que tenho direito a retorno e quando fui marcar o meu retorno disseram que o prazo tinha vencido, sendo que em NENHUM MOMENTO me foi avisado que tem prazo para remarcar, necessitava urgente de uma pediatra para a minha filha e eles fizeram pouco caso, sendo debochados no WhatsApp, triste com uma atitude dessas, era o meu direito de consumidor o retorno, tenho todas as mensagens e em nenhum momento falaram sobre prazo! Melhorem o atendimento e a esclarecer tudo
