Comprei uma sandália de presente para uma amiga, no momento da compra os atendentes me garantiram que poderia trocar caso ela não gostasse. A sandália não serviu na minha amiga, e na hora que ela foi trocar foi constrangida e destratada, porque a dona disse que não poderia trocar o modelo (eu conheço meus direitos e sei que a loja deve trocar sim se estiver no prazo!). Falei com a mesma de forma educada a fim de resolver o problema, a dona foi super mal educada e grossa, mas no fim fez a troca porque ela viu que eu conheço meus diretos!!! Não indico de jeito nenhum, a dona não respeita seus clientes!!!! Espero que repense pois vai perder vendas!!!!!!! Que comportamento ridículo para uma dona loja!!!!

The sandal didn't fit my friend, and when she went to change it, she was embarrassed and disliked, because the owner said she couldn't change the model (I know my rights and I know that the store should change if it's on time!). I spoke to her politely in order to solve the problem, the owner was super rude and rude, but in the end she made the switch because she saw that I know my rights !!! I do not indicate at all, the owner does not respect her customers !!!! I hope you rethink because you will lose sales !!!!!!! What a ridiculous behavior for a store owner !!!!

Comprei uma camiseta para minha filha ela não gostou e quando fui trocar disseram que não trocavam somente de tamanho.
Nem conhecem o código de defesa do consumidor.
