★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendentes são ignorantes, antipáticos, impacientes, super grossos e sem educação alguma. Os médicos chegam a hora que querem, com atraso e deixando os pacientes esperando, o Ortopedista que atende na clínica é muito impaciente, tem má vontade em atender e trata os pacientes de forma péssima... Parece que não tem vontade alguma de trabalhar. O que está fazendo então na profissão! Alguns médicos são bons, como a Neurologista mas minha experiência com recepção e esse ortopedista, foram péssimas. Não recomendo.
 Attendants are ignorant, unsympathetic, impatient, super thick and uneducated. Doctors arrive at the time they want, with a delay and keeping patients waiting, the Orthopedist who attends the clinic is very impatient, has an unwillingness to attend and treats patients very badly ... It seems that he has no desire to work. What are you doing then in the profession! Some doctors are good, like the Neurologist but my experience with reception and this orthopedist, were terrible. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendentes sao mal educados, tratam os pacientes como se estivessem fazendo um favor,humilham os idosos e chegam a hora que querem para trabalhar. Comecar a atender e fazer ficha 7:45 e enquanto isso a maioria os pacientes ( maioria idosos) ficam em pe esperando. Um atendente comeca 7:45 enquanto a outra chega com outra roupa e saco de pao para calmamente trocar de roupa e tomar café. A placa diz que o exame de sangue é a partir de 7:30 mas o atendimento comeca bem depois pq os recepcionistas nao atendem na hr certa. Muita humilhacao e descaso. Pior q a clinica n tem administracao para fiscalizar o trabalho dos funcionarios e para os pacientes reclamarem desse descaso. Lamentavel
Caregivers are rude, they treat patients as if they are doing them a favor, they humiliate the elderly, and the time comes to work. Start answering and make a record of 7:45 and meanwhile most patients (mostly elderly) stand waiting. One attendant starts at 7:45 while the other arrives with another outfit and bread bag to calmly change clothes and drink coffee. The sign says the blood test starts at 7:30 but the service starts well afterwards because the receptionists don't get it right. Much humiliation and neglect. Worse than the clinic has no administration to oversee the work of staff and for patients to complain about this neglect. Unfortunate

It wouldn't have to have a star, it would have to be numbers because my score would be -0 attendance 0, attendants are terrible, the phone rings not answering, the queue is long without counting that and very dirty. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje liguei para a clinica mais uma vez , para marcar os meus exames de rotina. Mas uma vez fui atendida super mal, Funcionaria Marilha e Bete super mal educadas, péssimo atendimento ! Não tem paciência e nem respeito pelos pacientes. Profissionais assim nem deveriam está na linha de frete atendendo pacientes, que muitas das vezes já se encontram fragilizados por sua doenças .
E só para deixar claro , não daria nenhum estrela para essa clinica, mas somos obrigado deixar ao menos uma se não a postagem não vai .
Today I called the clinic one more time, to schedule my routine exams. But once I was treated very poorly, Marilha and Beth was super poorly educated, terrible service! He has no patience and no respect for patients. Professionals like that shouldn't even be on the freight line treating patients, who are often already weakened by their illnesses.
And just to make it clear, I wouldn't give any stars to this clinic, but we are obliged to leave at least one, otherwise the post won't.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento da recepção.. os telefones não funcionam e aí você simplesmente perde seu retorno tendo que pagar novamente, o cúmulo do absurdo e do descaso.
Bad reception service.. the phones don't work and then you simply lose your return having to pay again, the height of absurdity and neglect.

Serviço da pior qualidade comprometimento nenhum com o público . Marcam a consulta 16:40 mais se vc chegar lá essa hora da de cara na porta pq elas vão embora cedo . Nota zero e pouco !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Descasos com os idosos, consulta para especialidade Neuro as 9 horas, e simplesmente a médica chega em torno das 10:30 horas.
E nesse intervalo,idosos passando mau, e a clínica não oferecem para os mesmos o mínimo de dedicação e apoio deixando a bel prazer.
E a médica além de chegar muito atrasado nem bom dia dar para os pacientes dela.
Por fim, minha nota para essa médica e Zero e a clínica tbm é responsável pelo descaso.
