★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo! Estou há vários meses tentando marcar o Geriatra para minha mãe que toma remédio controlado e não consigo marcar, mesmo ligando e enviando WhatsApp para agendar. Falta de respeito, inclusive estou verificando como denunciar aos órgãos pela falta de atenção a seus pacientes! Já que a clínica não oferece atendimento, deveria Fechar as Portas!
Terrible service! I've been trying for several months to schedule the Geriatrics for my mother who takes prescription drugs and I can't schedule it, even calling and sending WhatsApp to schedule. Lack of respect, I'm even checking how to denounce the bodies for the lack of attention to their patients! Since the clinic does not offer care, it should close the doors!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quanto ao atendimento pessoal é bom. Mas para agendar é muito difícil. Principalmente o geriatra. Não estão atendendo pelo WhatsApp, quando me respondem, já fechou a agenda. A informação diz que a partir das 7 h inicia o atendimento. MaMas nem telefone é nem o WhatsApp

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência muito boa, consegui marcar pelos horários e canais de agendamento que me passaram. Atendimento na clínica tbm muito agradável da portaria a recepção. A consulta passou um pouco do horário agendado por mim, mas nada absurdo. Fui bem atendida pelo médico e até encaminhada para realizar os exames no posto da Labormed que tem lá. Eu recomendo a clínica.

The appointment was a little longer than the time I had scheduled, but nothing unreasonable. I was well attended by the doctor and was even sent to perform the exams at the Labormed post that is there. I recommend the clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei uma consulta pra minha esposa as 09:35, chegando na clínica a recepção parecia uma feira (falatório geral, recepcionista gritando chamando os nomes...), esperamos 30 minutos só pra sermos chamados não recepção e recebemos a surpresa que o médico estava atrasado e tinha 6 pessoas na frente. Enfim, a clínica está bonita, reformada, mas o primeiro atendimento foi horrível e eu não indicaria pra ninguém. Eu deveria ter dado crédito as reclamações postadas anteriormente.
I made an appointment for my wife at 09:35, arriving at the clinic the reception looked like a fair (general chatter, receptionist screaming calling names...), we waited 30 minutes just to be called at the reception and we were surprised that the doctor was late and had 6 people in front. Anyway, the clinic is beautiful, renovated, but the first service was horrible and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I should have given credit to the complaints posted earlier.

Faço acompanhamento com a ortopedista Dra Flávia e minha mãe com o angiologista Dr Benjamin e pelo menos para essas especialidades não temos dificuldade nenhuma para agendar consulta em 5 minutos resolvemos tudo pelo zap
Parabéns a todos pela nítida evolução
