★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é bom, mas o espaço da clínica não é adequado. Espaços descuidados, empoeirados e visivelmente com pouca higiene. Não me senti segura no quesito sanitário, principalmente dentro da sala do exame de ultrassom. Entretanto, o tempo de espera foi curto, tudo durou cerca de 1h.
 The service is good, but the clinic space is not adequate. Careless spaces, dusty and visibly with little hygiene. I didn't feel safe when it came to sanitation, especially inside the ultrasound exam room. However, the waiting time was short, everything lasted about 1 hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar da grande quantidade de pessoas a serem atendidas, percebe-se o comprometimento dos funcionários para que todos sejam atendidos o mais rápido possível. Foi uma boa experiência ter feito minha consulta e exames na Medtech.
Despite the large number of people to be served, the employees' commitment is evident so that everyone is served as quickly as possible. It was a good experience to have my appointment and exams at Medtech.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mt demora para atendimento desde o balcão de atendentes . Exame, mesmo com hora marcada, na verdade é a abusiva por “hora de chegada”.
Não recomendo .
Mt delay for service from the counter. Examination, even with an appointment, is actually abusive by "arrival time".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi péssima. Fui fazer uma ultrassom obstétrica, pois estou grávida de 38 semanas. Primeiro, cheguei e fiquei esperando mais de uma hora pra ser atendida, lá não tem prioridade pra atendimento de grávidas, idosos, etc. Segundo, quando fui chamada, me colocaram na sala do ultrassom e me deixaram esperando por mais uns 15/20 min, pois o médico ainda estava realizando outro procedimento. Terceiro, quando o médico chegou, me deu bom dia, parecia estar um muita pressa, ele nem olhou na minha cara, dei a informação pra ele de que meu líquido aminiotico estava abaixo do normal e ele confirmou pra mim que estava, mas no laudo colocou como se estivesse normal. Esse médico fez a pior ultrassonografia que já fiz durante minha gestação, uma pessoa extremamente fria, não me explicou absolutamente nada, não olhou na minha cara, o ultrassom não durou nem cinco minutos, pra completar ele me deixou deitava na maca, toda suja de gel, não tinha ninguém pra me limpar ou pelo menos me ajudar a levantar, tive dar meu jeito, como falei, estou grávida de 38 semanas, super inchada, preocupada e não tinha ninguém pra dar um mínimo suporte. Acredito que até um animal quando vai na clínica veterinária, tem um atendimento mais humanizado e melhor do que tive hoje. Se puderem, vão em qualquer outra clínica, principalmente grávidas.
My experience was terrible. I went for an obstetrical ultrasound as I am 38 weeks pregnant. First, I arrived and waited over an hour to be seen, there is no priority for the care of pregnant women, the elderly, etc. Second, when I was called, they put me in the ultrasound room and left me waiting for another 15/20 min, as the doctor was still performing another procedure. Third, when the doctor arrived, he said good morning, he seemed to be in a big hurry, he didn't even look at my face, I gave him the information that my aminiotic fluid was below normal and he confirmed to me that it was, but in the report put it as if it were normal. This doctor did the worst ultrasound I've ever done during my pregnancy, an extremely cold person, he didn't explain anything to me, he didn't look me in the face, the ultrasound didn't last even five minutes, to complete it he left me lying on the stretcher, all dirty with gel, there was no one to clean me or at least help me up, I had to find my way, as I said, I'm 38 weeks pregnant, super swollen, worried and there was no one to give me the slightest support. I believe that even an animal, when it goes to the veterinary clinic, has a more humanized and better care than I had today. If they can, go to any other clinic, especially pregnant women.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente local, atendentes, médicos. Apenas nunca fui satisfeita com a espera pra ir no consultório porque demora 2h a 3h (perde todo seu tempo) porém pelos execelentes médicos eu frequento a clinica a anos.
Excellent place, attendants, doctors. I was just never satisfied with the wait to go to the office because it takes 2h to 3h (wasting all your time) but because of the excellent doctors I've been going to the clinic for years.
