★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A médica é muito boa, mas não sei se compensa esperar 2 horas para ser atendida, sendo que a consulta é com hora marcada e particular. E a coisa mais difícil do mundo é atender o telefone. As atendentes parece que trabalham com raiva de você. Ah, não tome água para não precisar ir ao banheiro, pq vão chamar seu nome 1 vez e vc perde a vez pq elas têm preguiça de esperar, tu pode esperar, mas elas não.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento o WhatsApp praticamente não existe. Em duas situações não consegui ser atendido pelo dentista com horário agendado. As vezes que fui atendido eu esperei mais de 1 hora depois do meu horário. Solicitei com o meu plano a mudança pra outro dentista porque mesmo o dentista sendo muito bom a agenda dele é bastante desorganizada e o atendimento é muito muito ruim.
Bad service WhatsApp practically does not exist. In two situations I was not able to be seen by the dentist at a scheduled time. The times I was attended I waited more than 1 hour after my appointment. With my plan I asked to move to another dentist because even though the dentist is very good, his schedule is very disorganized and the service is very, very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bem finalmente irei dar minha avaliação depois de duas consulta, dois cancelamentos e por último o não atendimento.
Além da demora absurda no atendimento, você marca as 15h para ser atendido as 17h, até deu tempo assistir um filme, vi pessoas surtando por conta da demora, uma grande quantidade de pessoas aguardando atendimento. Você faz a marcação e simplesmente no dia lhe comunicam dizendo que não é possível, e agora depois de passar por 2 demoras excessiva de horas, se você chegar 20 minutos “atrasados” por que não adianta chegar no horário, simplesmente a consulta não da certo, o Dentista é um ótimo profissional mas infelizmente todo o restante deixa a desejar e faz com que não tenha mais vontade de voltar.
