A clínica tem uma estrutura muito boa e o atendimento da recepção também, com certeza voltarei!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ainda nem fui, péssima, tem duas semanas que tento agendar uma ultra, a atendende do whatsapp todo dia diz que o médico n confirmou o horário da semana, então quer dizer que esta todos esses dias sem trabalhar? Me poupe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem fui e fiquei desapontada, o atendimento disse que não marcam horario, mesmo eu dizendo que sou de risco cardiopata, depois pedi CRM da médica para me informar sobre e disseram que não são autorizados a passar o crm, sendo que tem até no carimbo deles e por lei temos o direito de nos informar sobre o CRM, sempre peço nas outras clinicas e nunca me negaram além dessa. Outra coisa cobram 5 reais a mais quando pagamos no débito, sendo que o débito é considerado à vista.
I didn't even go and I was disappointed, the attendant said they don't make an appointment, even if I say I'm at risk for heart disease, then I asked the doctor's CRM to inform me about it and said they are not allowed to pass the CRM, even though they even have their stamp and by law we have the right to inform ourselves about the CRM, I always ask at other clinics and they never denied me beyond this one. Another thing they charge 5 reais more when we pay in debit, and the debt is considered in cash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito ruim. As atendentes não seguem as prioridades da lei do idoso. Quando reclamamos acham que estão certas! Precisam de uma reciclagem, treinamento. Não compensa o tempo de espera para o tamanho da clínica.
Very bad service. The attendants do not follow the priorities of the elderly law. When we complain, they think they're right! They need a refresher, training. It doesn't make up for the waiting time for the size of the clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperei 2 HORAS para o Dr. Milton Sá não aparecer e depois de 2 horas esperando com ansiedade o Psiquiatra as meninas da recepção ligam e descobrem que ele não tem hora pra chegar devido a problema no carro. O problema não é o imprevisto e sim o DESCASO de não mandar uma mísera mensagem pra avisar o acontecido sem deixar os pacientes esperando eternamente!
I waited 2 HOURS for Dr. Milton Sá doesn't show up and after 2 hours anxiously waiting for the Psychiatrist, the girls at the reception call and discover that he doesn't have time to arrive due to a problem with the car. The problem is not the unforeseen, but the negligence of not sending a miserable message to warn what happened without leaving patients waiting forever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência! Fui pela primeira vez me consultar com o Dr. Milton Sá. Consulta marcada para as 13h, por ordem de chegada. Fui a primeira a chegar. Simplesmente depois de 2h de atraso o médico avisa que não tem hora pra chegar devido um contratempo. Ter contratempo tudo bem, mas não avisar é total falta de consideração com o paciente.
Pedi o estorno e com toda certeza nunca mais voltarei a clínica e nem indicarei.
Bad experience! I went for the first time to consult with Dr. Milton Sá. Appointment scheduled for 1 pm, on a first-come, first-served basis. I was the first to arrive. Simply after 2 hours of delay, the doctor warns that he has no time to arrive due to a setback. Having a setback is fine, but not warning is a total lack of consideration for the patient.
I asked for a refund and for sure I will never go back to the clinic and I won't even recommend it.
