★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei muito do atendimento, minha mãe de 82 anos, com sobrepeso e problemas de ordem emocional, sentiu-se plenamente a vontade para o exame, o local extremamente limpo, arrumado e com comodidade plena para os clientes e acompanhantes. O atendimento da funcionária foi impecável de uma gentileza impar, parabéns Dr. Gilmar por sua equipe. Da entrada à sala de procedimentos (todo em rampa) com fácil acesso, sala de espera confortável, e excelente cafezinho ... Por fim, recomendo e assino embaixo para qualquer pessoa que deseje bom atendimento...
I really liked the service, my 82-year-old mother, overweight and with emotional problems, felt completely comfortable for the exam, the place was extremely clean, tidy and with full comfort for clients and companions. Consequência da falta de treinamento em atendimento ao cliente e profissionalismo. Atraso na entrega dos resultados e ainda nos tratam dessa forma. Agora dão todas as justificativas possíveis, para reduzir essa mensagem a um mero desentendimento, ao invés de se posicionarem de forma a buscar entender com o cliente o motivo deste relato. O usuário que utilizou os serviços foi Katia Almeida e a insatisfação com o atendimento via WhatsApp permanecerá registrada aqui.
