★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento não é nada convidativo, não passa confiança e nao demonstra querer um relacionamento com o paciente. Quando você diz que é convênio a atendente já fala que tem fila de espera sem nenhuma estimativa de agendamento.
Eu só gostaria de saber se a clínica pensa que é uma diversão ir na fono, não, não é. Geralmente quem liga pra agendar um horário já está fragilizado por algum problema de saúde, seja próprio ou de um ente querido. Ninguém merece ser mal atendido pagando uma fortuna de convênio por mês. O mínimo que a clínica tem que fazer é passar para o paciente uma estimativa de agendamento para que ele possa optar pelo tratamento em outro local ou aguardar.
 The service is not at all inviting, does not convey confidence and does not show wanting a relationship with the patient. When you say that it is an agreement, the attendant already says that there is a waiting line without any scheduling estimate.
I would just like to know if the clinic thinks it is fun to go to the phono, no, it is not. Generally, those who call to schedule an appointment are already weakened by some health problem, either their own or a loved one. Nobody deserves to be poorly attended by paying a fortune of insurance per month. The minimum that the clinic has to do is to give the patient an appointment schedule so that he can opt for treatment elsewhere or wait.

Rude attendant, hung up in my face when asking for consultation with speech therapist. Imagine when attending children with this education.

Dr. Vanessa is just wonderful. She has a look, which goes far beyond simply a Phono for the child and discovered something in my daughter's behavior that we needed to correct and that even the Pediatrician had not noticed. She is much more than a Phono! We like it sooooooo much.
