Fica muito difícil atender os pacientes deste jeito,alguns chegam a procurar outras clínicas pq essa nao esta atendendo as suas necessidades mais,e um ferro ficar vários minutos ao telefone e não ser atendido.

Pagamos convênio e quando precisa não conseguimos contato de forma alguma. Um desrespeito gigante. Estão aí pra que então se não tem um ser humano pra atender nem o telefone. Lixo de atendimento do início ao fim!
Nonsense! Nobody answers this phone. I need to make a neuro appointment for my 4 year old daughter and nothing. We pay an agreement and when you need it, we can't get in touch at all. E quando consigo saber o horário da consulta me fala que é de 13h as 14h30 mas por ordem de chegada ... Não dá ... É necessário um pouco de respeito por parte dos Médicos também ... As pessoas trabalham, não podem ficar duas horas em espera e sabe quanto tempo em atendimento. Doutores, vocês não são Deus, fizeram um juramento, deveriam ter mais empatia com as pessoas, todos precisam trabalhar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os médicos são bons, mas o atendimento é de péssima qualidade, estou a uma semana que ligo e ninguém atende independente do horário,e o pior desligam o telefone na cara da gente. Vocês precisam melhorar e muito a qualidade desse atendimento é um descaso total, lembrando que o atendimento não é publico , nós pagamos o convenio e muitos fazem no particular , ou seja deveriam ter mais atenção com os clientes .

A clínica é boa, as atendentes são rápidas e simpáticas.
Possuía o melhor cardiologista de Guarulhos, dr. Guido Rodriguez. Se alguém souber onde ele está atendendo agora, por favor me avise.
Possuem uma ótima clínica geral, a dra. Maria Luíza.
Assim como tem médicos bons na clínica, tem também os médicos que atendem pensando só em quantidade (as consultas de 30 segundos).
Não recomendo passarem com o novo cardiologista e nem com a ginecologista.

Nao existe qualquer controle de quantidade de pacientes para ser atendido e você fica muitas horas aguardando ser chamado. E considerando que ainda estamos atravessando uma pandemia, ficar numa recepção lotada com muita aglomeração é muito desrespeito com o ser humano. Não volto mais!
Clinic is on a first-come, first-served basis and is overcrowded with patients. There is no control over the number of patients to be treated and you spend many hours waiting to be called. And considering that we are still going through a pandemic, being in a crowded reception with a lot of agglomeration is very disrespectful to the human being. I won't be back!
