★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amo esse consultório, que por sinal já frequento a aproximadamente 7 anos, minha dentista preferida e a Larissa, porém todos são maravilhosos e muito humanos, indico muito a Odonto life, especialmente pela dedicação e carinho que eles tem com os pacientes.
I love this office, which by the way I have been attending for about 7 years, my favorite dentist and Larissa, but they are all wonderful and very human, I recommend Odonto life a lot, especially for the dedication and affection they have with patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na verdade, só não foi 5 estrelas porque foi neste lugar que descobri uma necessidade que temi a minha vida inteira, usar aparelho e desde quando uso isso, minha vida psicológica mudou muito negativamente, embora o problema não seja o lugar e sim o fator, sempre que me revolto contra esse aparelho e suas consequências psíquicas, é deste consultório que me lembro. Quando algo é traumático, tudo que envolve ele é visto negativamente, essa é a verdade. O atendimento das meninas na recepção não tenho do que reclamar e os doutores que me atenderam até hoje, sempre foram atenciosos e bem profissionais, mas não posso deixar de registrar que o pior período da minha vida está sendo do aparelho pra cá, isso eu já expus no consultório, depois que eu tirar o aparelho, inicio uma terapia intensiva talvez, rsrsrs....
In fact, it just wasn't 5 stars because it was in this place that I discovered a need that I feared my whole life, to wear braces and since when I use it, my psychological life has changed very negatively, although the problem is not the place but the factor, whenever I rebel against this device and its psychic consequences, it is this office that I remember. When something is traumatic, everything that involves it is seen negatively, that's the truth. The assistance of the girls at the reception I have nothing to complain about and the doctors who have attended me until today, have always been attentive and very professional, but I can't fail to mention that the worst period of my life has been with the device here, I've already done that. I exposed it in the office, after I take the device off, I start an intensive care perhaps, lol....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dou apenas 2 estrelas pois eu era o primeiro paciente do dia para manutenção do aparelho e a Dra sempre atrasava, marcava às 8h e só atendia entre 8:20 e 8:30 pois chegava atrasada, pedi explicações sobre como funcionaria para colocar os parafusos para o tratamento e ela disse que quando estivesse próximo de colocar ela explicaria. Após esses ocorridos mudei para atendimentos aos sabados(com outro dentista) ele atende super bem, sempre bem humorado e muito educado, tirou prontamente todas as dúvidas que eu tinha, não atrasa o atendimento. Os dentistas que fazem outros procedimentos e as recepcionistas também todos bem educados e ótimos profissionais. Infelizmente perderam pontos pelo atendimento inicial que tive referente ao aparelho.
Editando: Era o primeiro atendimento do dia, não tinha cliente antes para atrasar o atendimento, era a Dra que chegava atrasada todas as vezes.
I only give 2 stars because I was the first patient of the day for maintenance of the device and the Doctor was always late, made an appointment at 8 am and only attended between 8:20 and 8:30 because I arrived late, I asked for explanations on how it would work to put the screws to the treatment and she said that when she was close to putting it on she would explain. After these events, I changed to appointments on Saturdays (with another dentist) he is very good, always in a good mood and very polite, he promptly removed all the doubts I had, he doesn't delay the service. The dentists who perform other procedures and the receptionists are also all well educated and excellent professionals. Unfortunately, they lost points for the initial service I had regarding the device.
Editing: It was the first service of the day, there was no client beforehand to delay the service, it was the Dr who arrived late every time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha esposa agendou o 1⁰ horário para fazer avaliação para colocar aparelho. a Dr atrasou quase 1 hora!!! E nem se quer teve a preocupação de avisar que iria atrasar, a recepção teve que ir atrás dessa informação pra passar pra minha esposa que já não aguentava e nem poderia mais esperar... Em fim, minha esposa acordou mais cedo, mudou o trajeto que fazia diariamente ,chegou mais tarde no trabalho pra nada.
1 hora de atraso não é atraso , é pura irresponsabilidade.
Obs (Já fui atendido anteriormente por outra Dr e tive uma experiência 5 ⭐ )
My wife has scheduled the 1st time for an evaluation to put the braces on. Dr delayed almost 1 hour!!! And he didn't even bother to warn that he would be late, the reception had to go after this information to pass it on to my wife, who couldn't stand it anymore and couldn't wait anymore... In the end, my wife woke up earlier, changed the path who did daily, arrived later at work for nothing.
1 hour late is not late, it is pure irresponsibility.
Obs (I've been seen before by another Dr and I had an experience 5 ⭐ )
