★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Detestei. Espera de 2 horas apenas para avaliação do meu filho. Depois da espera toda, a necessidade era apenas de flúor (o que já era o previsto), que a dentista não aplicou na hora. Quis marcar pra outro dia, alegando que precisava da autorização do convênio, que sabemos que faz isso na hora.
Se eu esperei como os demais, merecia o atendimento como os demais também. Se era só pra olhar e marcar pra outro dia, não consigo ver a necessidade de ter me deixado esperando tanto. Perdi duas horas na sala de espera, fora o dinheiro do estacionamento. Nunca mais retorno lá. Precisam marcar os horários tendo mais respeito pelos pacientes.
I hated it. Wait 2 hours just for my son's evaluation. After all the waiting, the need was only for fluoride (which was already predicted), which the dentist did not apply at the time. I wanted to schedule for another day, claiming that I needed the authorization of the agreement, that we know you do it right away.
If I waited like the rest, I deserved the service as well. If it was just to look and schedule for another day, I can't see the need to have kept me waiting so long. I wasted two hours in the waiting room, aside from parking money. I will never return there. They need to make appointments with more respect for patients.
