★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo atendimento dessa Clinica. Minha mãe marcou atendimento nesse clinica para resolver um problema no dente que ocorreu. Onde ela ja foi paciente desse dentista onde fez orçamento e pagou tudo o que tinha sifo pedido pelo dentista e após muito custo terminou seu tratamento. Entao marcou o atendimento para o dia 07/10/21 com bastante antecedência. No dia 06/10 entrou em contato novamente para confirmar a consulta ç, pois por varias vezes chegou ao local nao foi atendida pois o dentista ou esqueceu ou nao foi trabalhar.
Entao no dia 7 se encaminhou ate o consultorio, onde mais uma vez nao foi atendida pois dessa vez a secretaria que confirmou no dia anterior. Simplesmente esqueceu de informar que eles mudaram de endereço e que no seu pensamento minha mae nao iria. Lembrando que minha mae ligou para confirmar no dia anterior.
Entao deixo aqui o meu relato de total descontentamento com esta empresa.
Falta de respeito total com seus pacientes.
 Terrible service from this Clinic. My mother made appointments at this clinic to solve a problem with the tooth that occurred. Where she was already a patient of this dentist, where she made a budget and paid for everything she had asked for by the dentist, and after a great deal of cost, she finished her treatment. So he scheduled the service for 10/07/21 well in advance. On 06/10, she got in touch again to confirm the appointment, because several times she arrived at the place and was not attended because the dentist either forgot or did not go to work.
Then, on the 7th, she went to the office, where she was once again not attended to because this time the secretariat confirmed it the day before. He simply forgot to inform them that they changed their address and that in his mind my mother would not go. Remembering that my mother called to confirm the day before.
So I leave here my report of total dissatisfaction with this company.
Total lack of respect for their patients.
