 Clinic with excellent environment, clean place, and to close with a flourish, I was attended by Dr. Livia, excellent service, polite and very careful in dealing with her patients. Super recommend and when you need it I will always come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo! Principalmente para fazer canal, profissional despreparado e inseguro. No dia 04/05/2021 compareci a clínica para executar o procedimento de canal, no meio do procedimento com o dente já aberto fui informado que provavelmente não teria condições de continuar com o procedimento antes de fazer uma tomografia para verificar o acesso aos canais para saber se poderia dar continuidade ou teria que fazer com microscópio, então eu fui fazer a tomografia prescrita pela doutora e que ainda tive que pagar 200 reais do meu bolso pois o meu plano não cobre, peguei o resultado e retornei, chegando na clínica para uma nova consulta fui informado pela doutora que realmente não iria dar continuidade ao tratamento pois era preciso fazer com microscópio, então comecei a procurar outras opiniões isso com curativo a 1 mês pois é difícil marcar dentista rápido, os dois profissionais que eu fui me falaram a mesma coisa, que o dente não foi aberto direito por isso o difícil acesso aos canais ( insegurança do profissional da odontocrivel ou não sabia o que estava fazendo). Resumindo consegui hoje dia 08/06/2021 Executar o procedimento com uma simples radiografia, fiquei com prejuízo financeiro mas poderia ter sido pior, pois se entra uma bactéria eu poderia ter sérios problemas de saúde, então tomem cuidado com essa clínica!

On 05/04/2021 I attended the clinic to perform the root canal procedure, in the middle of the procedure with the tooth already open I was informed that I would probably not be able to continue with the procedure before doing a tomography to verify access to the root canals to to know if I could continue or would have to do it with a microscope, so I went to have the tomography prescribed by the doctor and I still had to pay 200 reais from my pocket because my plan does not cover it, I took the result and returned, arriving at the clinic for a new appointment I was informed by the doctor that I would not really continue the treatment because it was necessary to do it with a microscope, so I started to look for other opinions with a dressing for 1 month as it is difficult to schedule a quick dentist, the two professionals I went to told me the same thing, that the tooth was not opened properly, because of the difficult access to the canals (insecurity of the odontocrivel professional or did not know what he was doing). In short, I was able to perform the procedure today with a simple X-ray, but it could have been worse, because if a bacteria enters I could have serious health problems, so be careful with this clinic!
