★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Marcelo é um ótimo profissional, mas em 5 anos fazendo manutenção ortodôntica não houve cumprimento dos horários agendados, aguardar 10, 20 min é compreensível, porém geralmente o tempo de espera para ser atendido era de 40min, 1 hora.
Dr Marcelo is a great professional, but in 5 years doing orthodontic maintenance there was no compliance with the scheduled times, waiting 10, 20 min is understandable, but generally the waiting time to be attended was 40min, 1 hour.

Falta um pouco de administração nesse quesito. Falta de compromisso ao atendimento, segunda vez que retorno e revivo a mesma situação, aparentemente é algo rotineiro. ?
