★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, horário marcado para 13:00 cheguei 13: 12 e não fui atendido, minha filha agendado as 13: 30, chegou 13:12 atendida as 14:00. Ou seja, quando você atrasa não e atendido, mas quando eles atrasam fica por isso mesmo" empatia zero". Poderiam falar para remarcar etc. Falaram apenas que não iriam atender e pronto. Sugiro melhorar o atendimento Cristina.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clínica é mto limpa e organizada no entanto tirei a parte da manhã para resolver as minhas questões odontológicas pois tenho 2 crianças e não tenho como dispor desse horário sempre . Quando fui avaliada para atendimento a Sra Dra Anne disse q o sistema caiu que não poderia realizar a limpeza. Eu me propus esperar uma vez que reservei esse tempo pra isso.. a mesma disse q n seria possível. Fui tirar a radiografia que ela me pediu que foi bem breve . Liguei novamente para o lugar recusaram fazer a limpeza. Não gostei pois não foi feita nada que marquei e o que me era proposto via telefone. Se eu soubesse que teria q avaliar e logo remarcar havia me programado pra isso. Aliás muitas pessoas nessa presente data saiu sem atendimento.
The clinic is very clean and organized however I took the morning off to resolve my dental issues as I have 2 children and I can't always have that time. When I was evaluated for care, Ms. Dr Anne said that the system had fallen and she could not clean it. I proposed to wait since I reserved this time for this... she said that it would not be possible. I went to take the X-ray she asked me to take, which was very brief. I called the place again and refused to do the cleaning. I didn't like it because nothing was done that I scheduled and what was proposed to me via telephone. If I knew I would have to evaluate and then reschedule, I would have been programmed for that. In fact, many people on this date left unattended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atenção, cuidado clínica sem responsabilidade com o cliente, atendentes sem máscaras em plena pandemia, dentista sem ética, me mandou embora após uma avaliação com um RX pedida pela própria clínica,uma panorâmica, total falta de empatia ,essa dentista com o nome de Izaleia que atende nas terças e quintas feiras,mal me avaliou e disse discordar da dentista anterior que não, haveria nenhum procedimento a ser feito,eu com o dente ciso quebrado e ela disse não haver nada,local credenciado pela Odonto Prev, Bradesco Dental.Tive perda com dia e recursos financeiros para ir a clínica.Cuidado.

Quem não entende de pessoas não entende de negócios !
Terrible service from the “owner” of the establishment, zero respect for the customer; they didn't have the slightest bit of goodwill to solve a problem they created themselves! I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A princípio fui muito recepcionada e logo atendida por um dentista que muito carismática Natália era o primeiro dia dela na clínica e estava um pouco perdida ainda. Em fim foi logo fazendo uma limpeza e disse logo depois que eu teria que fazer um ou dois canais e passar para uma periodontista. Pediu um raio x e logo marcaram a periodontista e para minha surpresa só tinha para 15 dias depois pois a desista só atendia nas segundas feiras . Aceitei e pronto. E fiquei esperando que me passasse para o dentista que fosse fazer o outro tratamento tipo canal restauração etc já que a periodontista não faz esse tratamento. E o pior ainda estava por vir. Nas vésperas do dia marcado para ir na periodontista me ligaram e disseram que ela teve um imprevisto e não iria atender e teria que remarcar na minha inocência ou credibilidade na clínica achei que seria próximo . Mas mais uma vez foi para 15 dias após. Achei um absurdo e desesrrepeitoso com o consumidor. Sendo assim não aceitei e procurei outro. Ah eles não tem profissional que faz canal e não falam para o paciente. Não entendo pq tem a clínica se não faz todo atendimento. Eah só pra reforça tenho plano odontológico sul-americana e já reclamei lá tbem.

On the eve of the day scheduled to go to the periodontist, they called me and said that she had an unforeseen event and would not answer and would have to reschedule in my innocence or credibility at the clinic I thought it would be close. But again it was for 15 days after. I found it absurd and disrespectful to the consumer. So I didn't accept it and looked for another one. Ah, they don't have a professional who makes a root canal and they don't talk to the patient. I don't understand why there's a clinic if it doesn't do all the care. Eah, just to reinforce, I have a South American dental plan and I already complained there too.
