Terrible service, only because it was an insurance plan, my husband was not well attended, when he went to another dentist, he had several restorations to do and in this horrible place they didn't do it, worst office we've ever been

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem atendido na consulta. Pessoas simpáticas porém na prática quando você diz que é convênio os procedimentos enroscam. 1 mês e meio pra marcar uma extração não dá. Vou abrir uma reclamação no reclame aqui contra está clínica e contra o convênio da Amil. Dinheiro jogado fora.
I was treated very well at the consultation. Nice people, but in practice when you say it's an agreement, the procedures screw up. 1 month and a half to schedule an extraction is not enough. I'm going to open a complaint in the claim here against this clinic and against Amil's insurance. Money thrown away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado com esse lugar!!!!! Atendimento horrivel, péssimo profissional, chega super atrasado, faz explicações horriveis. Caso vc for querer cair nesse cilada, chegue ao menos com umas 3 horas de antecedência pois nada é organizado nesse local.... É uma festa de mau atendimento. Fujam desse tipo de profissional!!!!
Beware of this place!!!!! Horrible service, terrible professional, arrives super late, makes horrible explanations. If you want to fall into this trap, arrive at least 3 hours in advance because nothing is organized there.... It's a bad service party. Avoid this type of professional!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho convênio Amil e conheci esta clínica um pouco mais de 6 meses, em setembro iniciei os tratamentos e até agora consegui realizar apenas um início de canal, abriram o dente colocaram o remédio fizeram o curativo, e me informaram que iriam entrar em contato comigo para agendar, para concluir o canal, esperei dois meses este contato e esqueceram de mim (sou a pessoa mais paciente deste mundo acreditem), meu curativo caiu, tive que ir na emergência refazer um novo curativo, como meu caso é caso de coroa na realidade meia coroa, me informaram que era nescessário fazer outro raio - x, fiz o raio-x em Janeiro e entreguei no dia seguinte, me informaram para entrar em contato no início de Março que abririam a agenda do dentista que trabalha neste segmento, esperei o mês de fevereiro pacientemente e enviei dia 4 de março a carteirinha que pediram para agendar meu atendimento no número de whatsApp, depois de esperar 20 dias decidi ligar no consultório e me informaram que o número foi para outra pessoa que vão me agendar, está é minha real experiência até o presente momento nesta clínica.
I have Amil insurance and I got to know this clinic a little over 6 months ago, in September I started the treatments and so far I have only managed to start a root canal, they opened the tooth, put the medicine, made the dressing, and informed me that they would contact me to schedule, to complete the channel, I waited two months for this contact and they forgot about me (I'm the most patient person in the world, believe me), my bandage fell off, I had to go to the emergency room to remake a new bandage, as my case is actually a crown case half a crown, they informed me that it was necessary to do another x-ray, I did the x-ray in January and delivered it the next day, they informed me to get in touch at the beginning of March that they would open the schedule of the dentist who works in this segment, I waited for the month of February patiently and I sent on March 4 the card they asked to schedule my appointment on the whatsapp number, after waiting 20 days I decided to call the office and they informed me that the number was for someone else who will schedule me, this is my real experience so far in this clinic.
