O aplicativo pede uma senha e não tem a opção de se cadastrar.
A única alternativa que o plano oferece é ir até às clínica, passa de 20 a 30 min para ser atendida, para marcar uma consulta no próximo mês, as vezes a data é tão distante que quando chega o dia eu esqueço ? e tenho que fazer tudo de novo ?
I've been calling in the morning and afternoon for 3 days and just calling, no one answers to answer a question.
The application asks for a password and does not have the option to register.
The only alternative the plan offers is to go to the clinic, it takes 20 to 30 minutes to be seen, to make an appointment next month, sometimes the date is so far that when the day comes I forget ? and I have to do it all over again ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, todas as vezes que tiver de usa o serviço dela. foram estressantes as atender não passam as informações corretamente já cheguei a espera 2:30hs pra ser atendida.( isso com agendamento). Todas as vezes elas dizem qui fui encaixada .

A recepcionista foi bem educada e atenciosa diferente de outras unidades da unidentis.
