★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, total descaso com os pacientes. Há um mês atrás eu entrei em contato com a clínica para marcar uma consulta. Fui informada de que a agenda só abriria no dia 10 de setembro, conforme a informação liguei na clínica após a data citada para marcar duas consultas. Chegando na clínica ontem, fui super mal atendida, as recepcionistas foram totalmente grossas, houve divergência nos horários marcados, não consegui passar na consulta no horário que eu marquei... resumo: falta de organização total! Não indico!
 Bad service, total neglect with patients. A month ago I contacted the clinic to make an appointment. I was informed that the agenda would only open on September 10, as the information I called at the clinic after the date mentioned to make two appointments. Arriving at the clinic yesterday, I was super poorly attended, the receptionists were totally thick, there was a divergence in the scheduled times, I couldn't make the appointment at the time I scheduled ... summary: lack of total organization! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma das piores clínicas que eu já fui, atendimento das recepcionistas péssimo, atrasos constantes e ainda o médico para pra atender representantes e passam eles na frente dos clientes, resumindo não recomendo essa clínica pra ninguém. Tem mais se for atendimento através de convênio e vc diz que quer cancelar, logo as recepcionistas dizem, ok cancelado, como se fosse maravilhoso o cancelamento..
One of the worst clinics I've ever been to, poor receptionist service, constant delays and even the doctor stops to meet representatives and pass them in front of clients, in short I do not recommend this clinic to anyone. There is more if it is service through agreement and you say you want to cancel, so the receptionists say, ok canceled, as if the cancellation was wonderful ..

Informações totalmente divergentes.
Disse que não atendia criança de 7 anos porém meu sobrinho mesma idade meu filho mesmo convênio foi e passou.
Acredito que tenha que preparar melhor a equipe assim como o atendimento tratar melhor os pacientes.

Uma cara feia pra atender, perguntei tmb se poderia encher a minha garrafa de água e ela disse que não, avisei que não tinha copo descartável para beber água, ela balançou com o ombro. E perguntei o prq não poderia encher, ela falou: Prq não. Simplesmente isso. O nome da atendente é Maira. Tinha uma outra com o casaco tipo amarelo mostarda dormindo do lado dela. Não recomendo e não volto nunca mais.
Sem contar que sai do trabalho pra ir na clínica, e quando cheguei lá, ela me informou que meu convênio estava desligado. Liguei no convênio e está funcionando normalmente. 1 estrela pra essa atendente é muito. Quanto aos médicos, não tenho o que falar. O problema foi a recepcionista.

And I asked why the prq couldn't be filled, she said: Prq no. Simply this. The attendant's name is Maira. There was another one with the mustard-yellow coat sleeping next to her. I do not recommend it and I will never return.
Not to mention that I leave work to go to the clinic, and when I got there, she informed me that my health insurance was disconnected. I called in the agreement and it is working normally. 1 star for this attendant is a lot. As for doctors, I have nothing to say. The problem was the receptionist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei uma consulta recentemente, fui muito bem atendido na recepção pelas atendentes, a Maira da recepção foi extremamente educada e gentil o Dr. Celso também foi muito atencioso, humilde, e me deu até mais informações do que eu esperava. Já faço tratamento a anos e esse foi o melhor atendimento com certeza. Parabéns a toda equipe dessa clinica!
I had an appointment recently, I was very well attended at the reception by the attendants, Maira at the reception was extremely polite and kind, Dr. Celso was also very attentive, humble, and even gave me more information than I expected.
