★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei 10 minutos atrasada para a consulta e o médico já tinha ido embora. Falta de educaçao com o paciente que é cliente, falta de consideraçao, descaso. Disseram que tentaram me ligar e meu celular estava desligado (fica ligado o dia inteiro). Nem sequer ligaram um dia antes para confirmar a consulta. Tentei ligar o dia inteiro para o consultorio para confirmar a consulta e ninguem atende, ou atende e deixa no mudo. Não se importaram em tentar reagendar a minha consulta, ficaram olhando para minha cara sem nem pedir desculpas.

O tratamento fisioterapêutico corresponde as expectativas gostaria de agradecer o atendimento prestado pelo fisioterapeuta Felippe que está smp disposto a ajudar os pacientes de forma educada, simpática e competente. Nota 10 pra clínica.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou fazendo RPG com o fisioterapeuta Francisco e fisioterapia com os fisioterapeutas Felipe e Gabriela. O atendimento é excelente. Fui super bem atendido por todos, desde as meninas da Recepção aos fisioterapeutas.
a Gabriela por exemplo, sempre me ajudando a melhorar a postura, quando comecei a fisio,cheguei com sintomática aguda na lombar e de pronto recebi o melhor tratamento visando diminuir minha dor para que pudesse prosseguir com o tratamento.
O Francisco no RPG também muito atencioso com os pacientes, nos orientando a forma correta de fazer os exercícios sem comprometer nosso quadro e minimizando nossas lesões ( que foi o meu caso), enfim a OrtoRio me atendeu super bem. Super indico.
Além de aceitar planos de saúde, está bem localizado, tem profissionais capacitados e bastante equipamentos para ajudar na reabilitação dos pacientes. O único ponto negativo que viraria é o espaço é pequeno para a quantidade de pacientes, mas todos tem tratamento de qualidade para sua reabilitação.
I'm doing role playing with physiotherapist Francisco and physiotherapy with physiotherapists Felipe and Gabriela. The service is excellent. I was very well attended by everyone, from the girls at Reception to the physiotherapists.

Francisco in RPG also very attentive to patients, guiding us the correct way to do the exercises without compromising our condition and minimizing our injuries (which was my case), finally OrtoRio served me very well. Super indication.
Besides accepting health plans, it is well located, has qualified professionals and enough equipment to help in the rehabilitation of patients. The only downside would be that the space is small for the number of patients, but everyone has quality treatment for their rehabilitation.

A clinica não possui nenhuma responsabilidade, organização e respeito com os pacientes.
Fui a clinica na primeira vez para começar um tratamento de RPG. Levei o encaminhamento e marquei horario na semana seguinte de manha (as 7). Assim que cheguei para o tratamento, a recepcionista tinha marcado fisioterapia e nao RPG. Dessa forma, perdi os horarios daquela semana, tive que adiar uma semana o inicio do tratamento. Além disso, perdi tempo, acordando mais cedo e vindo ate a clinica a toa.
Falta de consideracao e respeito, além de incompetencia, com um encaminhamento ao RPG marcar a fisioterapia para mim.
Posteriormente voltei a clinica, dando mais uma chance. Marquei outro tratamento, deixei o meu papel de encaminhamento para preenchimento da ficha e fui embora. Voltei no horario marcado e a recepcionista, pediu o papel de encaminhamento. Eu disse que ja havia entregado, ela "procurou" e disse que nao encontrou e ainda pediu para eu ir ate a minha casa procurar la, eu ja achei um desaforo isso, mas fui. Cheguei em casa e procurei o papel, nao encontrei e voltei para a clinica. Disse que nao estava na minha casa, pedi mais uma vez para ela procurar. Dessa forma, ela procurou e achou o papel na minha ficha! Eu perdi de novo tempo indo ate a minha casa, procurando o papel e voltando para a clinica. Simplesmente porque a menina nao procurou o papel que estava na minha ficha.
Mais uma situacao inadimissivel que aconteceu comigo.
Agora pouco ocorreu a terceira situacao: a recepcionista marcou horario comigo hoje e amanha as 7:30. (ela me deu um papel escrito a data de hoje e a data de amanha com o horario as 7:30). Cheguei na clinica poucos minutos antes das 7:30 e tive a infeliz notícia que tinham marcado para as 7, sendo que eu tinha um papel falando 7:30 que eles mesmo preencheram. Fiquei esperando meia hora e nada!
Desisti de esperar e fui embora quando deu 8 horas, afinal eu tenho outros compromissos, nao da para ficar esperando esta clinica o dia todo.
Eles não sao capazes nem de fazer a marcação de horário de forma correta. Então, se voce nao quer ter dor de cabeça com horario marcado errado, ou perder seu tempo indo a clinica, recomendo que pocure outro lugar. Nao passe nem perto dessa clinica.

As soon as I arrived for treatment, the receptionist had scheduled physical therapy and not RPG. Thus, I lost the time of that week, had to postpone one week the beginning of treatment. Also, I wasted time waking up early and coming to the clinic for nothing.
Lack of consideration and respect, as well as incompetence, with a referral to the RPG to schedule physical therapy for me.
Later I returned to the clinic, giving one more chance. I arranged another treatment, left my referral paper to fill out the form and left. I returned at the scheduled time and the receptionist asked for the referral paper. I said I had already delivered, she "searched" and said she did not find and even asked me to go to my house to look there, I already found it a challenge, but I went. I got home and looked for the paper, did not find and returned to the clinic. Said I wasn't at my house, I asked her once again to look. That way she searched and found the paper on my file! I wasted my time going back to my house, looking for the paper and going back to the clinic. Simply because the girl didn't look for the paper on my file.
Another unavoidable situation that happened to me.
Just now the third situation occurred: the receptionist made an appointment with me today and tomorrow at 7:30. (She gave me a piece of paper today and tomorrow at 7:30). I arrived at the clinic a few minutes before 7:30 and had the unfortunate news that they had scheduled for 7, and I had a paper saying 7:30 that they filled out. I was waiting half an hour and nothing!
I gave up waiting and left when it was 8 o'clock, after all I have other appointments, I can't wait for this clinic all day.
They are not even able to make the correct time stamp. So if you don't want to have a wrong time headache, or waste your time going to the clinic, I recommend you look elsewhere. Don't go anywhere near this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No mês de julho me consultei com o Dr. Gilberto Daniel Luz para tratar de tendinite no ombro e no cotovelo, pois, apesar de ter feito tratamentos prescritos por outros médicos anteriormente, continuava com muita dor e limitação de movimento. Após exame clinico e avaliação ele recomendou a terapia por ondas de choque. Foi um divisor de águas no tratamento. Após algumas sessões tive uma grande melhora. Valeu a pena! Gostei muito do atendimento em geral. O médico sempre muito atencioso e competente . Destaco, ainda, o excelente atendimento das colaboradoras Roberta e Fernanda, sempre muito solícitas e simpáticas.

I really enjoyed the service in general. The doctor is always very attentive and competent. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de respeito e descaso total com o paciente. Marquei uma consulta e ela precisou ser reagendada pois a Light estava fazendo um reparo e a clinica ficaria sem energia. Fui no dia reagendado e a recepcionista nao marcou a consulta e nao tinha nenhum medico na clínica "para me ajudar".
Uma lastima essa postura!!
Lack of respect and total disregard for the patient. I made an appointment and she had to be rescheduled because Light was doing a repair and the clinic would be out of power. I went on the rescheduled day and the receptionist did not make the appointment and there was no doctor at the clinic "to help me".
Such a pity for this posture!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No primeiro dia útil de 2019 estive na Clínica para fazer infiltração nos joelhos com o Dr. Conrado. Tanto a recepção da clínica quanto o médico foram incríveis e o Dr. Conrado foi muito atencioso e explicou exatamente como tudo iria funcionar e quais os procedimentos que eu deveria adotar após a infiltração! Sou muito grato a ele, pois minhas dores nos joelhos sumiram após o procedimento!
On the first working day of 2019 I was at the Clinic to do knee infiltration with Dr. Conrad. Both the clinic reception and the doctor were amazing and Dr. Conrado was very attentive and explained exactly how everything would work and what procedures I should adopt after the infiltration! I am very grateful to him as my knee pain is gone after the procedure!
