★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só posso fazer coro às diversas reclamações do atendimento. Minha esposa tentou ser atendida e foi recebida com má vontade pela recepcionista que ficou enrolando minha esposa (nem queria ligar para o plano para pedir autorização). Aí bateu 11:30 e ela foi mandada embora porque só teria atendimento 13:30. Um absurdo. Jamais voltaremos.
 I can only echo the various complaints from the service. My wife tried to be seen and was met with grudging reception by the receptionist who was bullshitting my wife (she didn't even want to call the plan to ask for authorization). Then it was 11:30 am and she was sent away because she would only have care at 1:30 pm. Nonsense. We will never go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recepção as 7h da manhã com 1 funcionário para atender 21 pessoas, fisioterapia com mesma quantidade de pacientes nesse mesmo horário com 1 profissional para acompanhar a todos os pacientes, ou seja, impossível UM fisioterapeuta acompanhar a execução correta e minimamente adequada de exercícios de 21 pacientes, ou seja, não há acompanhamento! Pacientes do horário das 7h começando a serem atendidos a partir de 7h10 e de maneira extremamente lenta e gradativa, de acordo com horário de chegada.

Não ha qualidade no atendimento ja na recepção, não ha respeito, não ha higienização ( so o alcool gel mas os sofas que são muito utilizados nada ) não ha elevador, não ha rampas... não me refiro aos medicos e enfermeiros, me refiro a recepção que é descuidada, incopetente e tambem aos administradores por permitirem esse nivel de atendimento... 1 medico e mais de 15/20 pessoas para serem atendidas... recomendo passarem longe. depois de mais de 1h esperando... falei que não podia esperar mais... se havia previsão,,, a resposta foi rasgar meu papel ( ficha ). parabens...
I can guarantee that I will never go to this clinic again. There is no quality service at the reception, there is no respect, there is no hygiene (only the alcohol gel but the sofas that are used a lot) there is no elevator, no ramps... I don't mean doctors and nurses, I mean the reception that is careless, incompetent and also the administrators for allowing this level of service... 1 doctor and more than 15/20 people to be attended... I recommend going far away. after waiting for more than 1 hour... I said I couldn't wait any longer... if there was any forecast,,, the answer was to tear up my paper (sheet). Happy birthday...

Terrible! I arrived at 12:10 pm and the receptionist said it was already closed by the doctor's guidance!! Since when? Closes at 12pm or 1pm???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando me foi dito que necessitaria de fsioterapia, devido a uma fratura no ombro, eu fiquei muito receiosa.
No 1. dia conheci a Ermelinda. Eu estava muito assustada. Ela me deu muita segurança e se dedicou (e dedica) ao meu bem estar e a minha evolução é evidente.
Mesmo havendo muitas pessoas na sala de exercícios, ela consegue atender a todos, de forma igualitária (ninguém fica esperando).
A COB possui, em seu quadro, uma profissional completa.
Parabéns COB.
Obs: devido a isso tenho vontade de ficar anos fazendo fsio ...rs
When I was told that I would need physical therapy due to a fractured shoulder, I was very apprehensive.
On the 1st day I met Ermelinda. I was very scared. She gave me a lot of security and was dedicated (and is dedicated) to my well-being and my evolution is evident.
Even though there are many people in the exercise room, she manages to serve everyone equally (no one is waiting).
COB has, on its staff, a complete professional.
Congratulations COB.
Note: because of this I want to spend years doing physical training...lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So dou uma estrela por nao ter zero estrela. Atendimento pessimo, pessoal grosseiro, médico nem te olha na cara. Nao volto nesse lugar nunca mais. Horrivel. Pior que SUS.
I only give one star for not having zero stars. Terrible service, rude staff, doctor doesn't even look you in the face. I'm not going back to this place ever again. Horrible. Worse than SUS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mãe compareceu na clinica dia 22/03/2022 as 13h para fazer fisioterapia no joelho. Depois da sessão a musculatura da perna dela simplesmente endureceu, ela perdeu o equilibrio e reclama de muita dor, o que deveria ter ajudado acabou piorando. Tivemos que leva-la no hospital por causa de uma sessão de fisioterapia mal feita. Ela relata que a fisioterapeuta nem olhou direito para ela, nem se apresentou (o minimo). Não voltamos mais e tambem não indicamos.
My mother attended the clinic on 03/22/2022 at 1 pm to do knee physiotherapy. After the session her leg muscles just stiffened, she lost her balance and complained of a lot of pain, which should have helped ended up getting worse. We had to take her to the hospital because of a botched physical therapy session. She reports that the physical therapist didn't even look at her or introduce herself (the least). We won't be back and we don't recommend either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei há 2 anos com o dr Eduardo , e este ano passei com ele também. Na consulta deste ano, ele pediu uma ressonancia do ombro, e eu disse que ele havia solicitado uma renossancia do meu joelho no passado, mas ele disse que não havia. Porém havia solicitado sim, hoje encontrei o exame, e lá consta o nome dele como médico solicitante , e olhei o resultado melhor. Havia sido diagnosticado tenossivite no joelho, e na época ele nao recomendou fisioterapia. Hoje , meu joelho e meu ombro pioraram, diagnosticados com tendinite e tenossinovite, além de artrose,l e OSTEOPOROSE! e outro médico de outra clínica me recomendou fazer densitometria por conta desse mesmo exame que o Dr. Eduardo mal olhou!! Além de fisioterapia e tratamento conservador! Ele me tratou com muito descaso e foi péssimo o atendimento não humanizado. Hoje em dia isso é considerado Gaslight medico, que é o descaso dos médicos pelo diagnóstico do paciente! Nota zero para esse médico!

He had been diagnosed with knee tenosyvitis, and at the time he did not recommend physical therapy. Today, my knee and shoulder got worse, diagnosed with tendinitis and tenosynovitis, in addition to osteoarthritis, l and OSTEOPOROSIS! and another doctor from another clinic recommended me to do densitometry because of this same exam that Dr. Edward barely looked!! In addition to physiotherapy and conservative treatment! He treated me with a lot of disregard and the non-humanized service was terrible. Nowadays this is considered medical Gaslight, which is the disregard of doctors for the diagnosis of the patient! Zero rating for this doctor!
